Hi, I am thinking of starting a profile. Like to know out of the 3 stores at Liat Towers, MBS and Takashimaya, which is the smallest and if a stock is not available, are they are able to transfer from another store? Thanks for sharing your experience!

Hi everyone, for a first time customer interested in a mini roulis or lindy, do you think i am able to walk in? I saw other countries have suggestions thAt one should call the customer service and make an appointment to be served. Could anyone share their advice/experience on this? Thanks!
Hi you can always try. But mini bags are in demand so it’s harder for walk-in customers to get one. You can always queue outside the store and a SA will be allocated to you. Go early to avoid long queues.

MBS is probably the smallest of the 3. Stocks can be transferred but not for in-demand items. The store with the inventory must be willing to transfer as well.

My first purchase at that boutique was with the ASM. And left an order for a pair of footwear and also the wishlist for a mini Evelyn using hubby’s details. When there was stock for the footwear she called me and then I also got another item which she held for me but told me her colleague will see to me as she will be out. Thereafter, she responded to me via email on other items and since then she has gotten her colleague to call me and serve me when I’m in the boutique. The second purchases were still under her name as I heard her colleague told the cashier my SA name. After that im not sure it’s under whose name
Sounds to me you will be better off continuing the relationship with one of her colleagues. The ASM is probably too busy to offer you a fulfilling relationship.

Hello ladies - been a fan of Hermes for a number of years but have always made my purchases outside of Singapore. With border closure, I have decided develop a profile with a local store. Can I have you advice please - is it more cost effective if we buy from Taka and make use of the Amex card? Is Hermes store exempt from the 6% rebate?

thanks and happy shopping!

Hi all, I'll like to check if Hermes Micro Tees (any season) or the dress version are hard to get as my
SA mentioned to me that they have no inventory at all.

Just wonder if these RTW are really limited and hard to get my hands on one.
I wanted to get a few pieces for CNY and will love to hear anyone's advice!
Thanks! ;)

I've been wearing my Oran slippers to death... since the moment we bought them in Paris, walked miles and miles around Europe, and I've been wearing them everyday in SG since i came back. I usually resole all my new shoes from other brands at Masterfix at Ion. I should probably do the Oran soon too, but I didn't feel it was urgent because they feel indestructible.

are they better than the paragon one?
