Dear fellow Hermes lovers, would like to seek your advice. I have always purchase overseas and online and decided to start a profile locally. Met up with a very lovely SA on Monday and requested for some items and a mini Evelyn but was told no stock and to message her after the New Year. Went back today and she is on leave and was serviced by the Assistant Store Manager. After chatting for a long while She offered to put in an order for me and we left myhubby’s detail as I wanted to kept my profile for the other SA. However, after chatting even longer I bought the Oran sandal and Twilly from her and used my profile this time as she said I should since I already have purchases (but it’s from another store).
My question is does the Asm also does sales and service client and will I be offending the SA I met on Monday if I continue the relationship with the Asm. TIA

I decided to start a profile locally just last month and happened to meet a very nice SA. So far, managed to get a picotin from SA other than some side purchases like twillies and sandals. I’ve been contacting SA for an appt but no response so I dropped by today but SA wasn’t in yet I had to get RTW urgently even though my SA wasn’t in.

my question is how do you all make appts with your SA?
If SA is still unresponsive (which might means probably isn’t keen on my business), should I still continue building the rship with my current SA or other SA?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Your purchases are with the store. As long as you make your purchase in the same store, that will help in building a profile.

Having said that, having a good SA is important as it makes your journey more pleasant and efficient. I usually make appts with my SA or check inventory using WhatsApp. So far, to be honest, she has been very responsive. The other SA at another store is also very responsive. Hope your experience gets better

thanks for your reply. I was just thinking to myself, shopping at Hermes shouldn't feel like this. I haven’t been enjoying shopping at Hermes with other SA that I’ve met when my current SA isn’t around, Even when I’ve been buying RTW. Unlike when I’m shopping at Chanel/ Dior/ LV, the service I’ve enjoyed with my SA are so pleasant. :(

would you be able to recommend your SA if possible?

Yes some Asm does sales and client service. it is ok to change SA if you don’t have a good or close relationship with the previrus SA.
Hermes 'silently' increased their prices across many categories today!
