Hello, I would like to buy a K as my first Hermes bag, but I know it is impossible to walk in and ask for one. Just wanted to ask, how do you know if you click with an SA? what do you chat about when you first meet them? I actually walked into taka for the first time last month and asked to see the Hermes Oran but the SA wasn’t very friendly and didn’t look like she was happy to serve me so I just walked out. Does anyone have any tips to share? Appreciate it very much, thank you!

hi dear, I started my H journey 4 years back with Liat first but stopped after a while as my SA is nice but wasn’t that responsive over text... I didn’t quite enjoy my time when I walked into taka as the SAs all looked unfriendly and curt. Hence I wasn’t too keen to move over but some time later, my friend recommended me to her SA in taka and it turned out to be the best decision to move haha in fact, like what many said, taka store is just too busy so the SAs may seem unfriendly but actually they are really nice and helpful! So I recommend that you give them one more chance :) but I think if you prefer a very quiet place to shop then Liat is the top choice followed by MBS and then Taka :) all the best in getting your K! :)

What's the first letter of your SA name? I shop at Taka too! Haha.

The rodeo was not on display but my SA did ask if I’m keen as they have it in the store. :)

I went to MBS to collect my personalized watch but I forgot to ask about the Rodeo. Silly me. I didn’t get any cookies. I got two huge origami and some perfume samples

I agree! I shop at Taka too but I have also shopped at the other 2. Taka is always busy and the SAs are always busy. But if you go at the right time, the experience is always pleasant. in all my years shopping there I don’t think I have encountered an unfriendly SA. two of my friends have the same SA but both feel differently about their experience. Everyone will have different experience. What works for one may not work for another. What is important is to go and enjoy the experience. don’t be upset if your SA does not respond to your text messages. My SA of 10 years don’t always respond to my text messages but when I see her I know she has looked into my request. She just didn’t have time to respond.

Hi all! I’m new to hermes and I need some advice here
-brought a couple of stuff (Oran, heels, candy sandal, popH earrings) but not a lot of stuff, just 3-4 items from an SA in Liat tower, she’s a middle age lady and quite experienced I would say. But somehow, she doesn’t reply to my texts on inventory or items/colors available. Asked her if she can text me if certain items are available also no reply. The only time she replies is when I ask for an appointment :lol::lol:

- thus because of the Unresponsiveness, I’m thinking of changing to MBS store hearing how the SAs are a lot better there and text their customers on stocks.

I want to get some opinions if it’s worth starting all over? Or is this a norm for SA to not reply queries on stock.

She may be someone who prefers to communicate face to face. Also some things are best conveyed face to face. If she is responsive to appointment requests I would suggest you see her more often and you can ask all the questions you want then. It is better for you as well as she will not be able to evade your questions. Also, if you don’t have a long standing relationship with her yet, she may be cautious about sending you text on inventory as text messages can be forwarded and posted easily and if you are asking about a limited item, she may not want the availability of the item to spread widely and she may not want the information source to be traced back to her.

Hi all! I'm new to this forum - chanced upon this forum few days ago, and have been religiously reading up all the entries.
I am very interested in Hermes and particularly would really like to score either B K or C and have been looking out for information I can get on it all the time. This forum is very useful!

I just got an Aloha sandals from Liat Towers (walk in), only just yesterday. I do not have relationship with any SA yet but have been buying little bit, not substantive things. Like herbag purchase online, picotin, twilly and the aloha sandals yesterday.

Are you all able to share what are the items that are able to count towards meeting quota of getting BKC?
Like I know bags do not count, but from reading the past entries the answer towards SLGs is not very definite
some of you say SLGs do not count, some say count but not full amount, 10% etc, which is it?

would a small wallet count towards quota?
And can I know if aloha sandals or oran sandals count towards the quota?
Do belts count towards the quota?

Appreciate your help because I would like to build towards what I might purchase in order to be able to meet the quota and more information would really be very helpful! TIA!
