Hello, I would like to buy a K as my first Hermes bag, but I know it is impossible to walk in and ask for one. Just wanted to ask, how do you know if you click with an SA? what do you chat about when you first meet them? I actually walked into taka for the first time last month and asked to see the Hermes Oran but the SA wasn’t very friendly and didn’t look like she was happy to serve me so I just walked out. Does anyone have any tips to share? Appreciate it very much, thank you!

Taka is usually crowded and has very good crowd and sales volume. So the Sas may not be interested to serve. I’ve encountered nice and also not nice service there. Most customers are there for the 6% taka card rebate or 12% rebate during double points. If better service is preferred over rebates perhaps try Liat and MBS. Personally I do like the vibe and service there much better. The Sas are attentive and they even have time to compliment my bag or twillies. Conversation with Sa should be easy and not contrived and I think very important for them to be nice to you first. Spending money should be happy

I like my SA from MBS. He does not pressure me to buy and keeps stressing the importance to buy what I like while “accumulating” for my desired bag (Halzan 25).

Hi I recently bought a Picotin 18 from my SA with a purchase history. Wanted to confirm that my purchase history will not set back to 0 after I purchase the picotin. Am hoping to get BKC thanks!

It won’t, as P18 is not a quota bag but amounts spent on bags are not counted towards the quota.

Hi all, plenty of bolide 31 at Liat yesterday. Beautiful colours like blue encre and beton. Saw two people trying a picotin. Looks like Liat has a lot of stuff. I was also lucky to talk to a very nice SA. Bought a scarf from her to thank her for her wonderful service. Happy shopping everyone

I got some Christmas cookies and candies from my SA in person at the store over the weekend. Not too sure if this is what you will be receiving via DHL though. I think using DHL for some cookies and candies seems a bit much so it should be something else?

Totally agree! Seems like lots of stuff at Liat this week! I was also at Liat yesterday. Saw a Herbag (I think size 31, color is similar to Fuchsia Pink), lots of bag charms (including Rodeos, orange shopping bag) and Bolides.

I was there to collect my B which just came back from HSpa and to get my perfume refills. It was so tempting looking at those healthy stock on display but glad I left sticking to my two objectives without doing too much damage to my wallet.

By the way, for those who have received Christmas cookies/candies from your SAs, do you have long history with the SA or big spend? 'Cos mine didn't offer me but I'll not overthink this as the store was pretty busy when I was there and she did have another regular customer waiting for her to finish serving me too.
