Yes some Asm does sales and client service. it is ok to change SA if you don’t have a good or close relationship with the previrus SA.

Thank you for your advice. The previous SA seems really nice so I don’t want to offend her though I have not bought from her. We just click and chatted about our babies and u told her there are certain items I would like to get like a jewelry, wallet, etc which they didn’t have at the moment.

Yes they share the same customer database. I guess most people avoid doing so as it might hurt offers but who knows!

It’s ok but you only get 2 b/k per year regardless of how much u spend in each of the 3 stores.

my profile is with liat towers but hearing some TPFers mention that hermes Takashimaya allows accumulation of points, I’m so tempted to switch there! My friend recommended me her SA at MBS but it’s quite out of the way for me if I want to pick up something.

Will it be ok to hit quota primarily in one category or is it better to spread out? Or it really doesnt matter as long as you hit the quota (which is 1:1 still?

Hi, I got a KD at the end of Dec. My previous SA said it was a quota bag, but my current one said its Not part of quota, but because they get so little stock of the bag they don't offer it to all clients. I think she got it for me because they did not have a kelly in the specs that I am looking for.

spreading it out looks better on your profile.. for the first bag having all RTW or spending primarily in 1 category is probably ok, but for future bags, you should spend across all categories to build your profile.
