I was ignored a couple of times too at H Taka. So what I did was to ask my best friend who is a VIP at H Taka to introduce me to her SA and from there I established good relationship with her (I am still a non VIP). I will always call my favourite SA before I drop by because I want to enjoy her good sales service. I want to feel happy when I leave the store.
 
While I won't type the name, I miss one SA who has since worked at Harry Winston. But then, things have to change sometime. It's a good excuse for me...maybe not.:push:

This SA sold me my very first H product, but after that I started shopping at Liat so I never went back to him. But I went with a friend to visit him at HW, and he was great.

Oh I think I know who! it was my first H experience but he made it very wonderful, went back the next week only to find out he quit already. So sad. but you say he's now at HW eh? :nuts:
 
Prior to 2009, I would have agreed with you.

I don't know if it's the result of the economy per se (or not, maybe someone at management just kicked them a little, service-wise), but in the past year I have gotten fairly good service. There was one instance where my experience was GREAT with a particular SA.

So I would say, give them another chance. Go in knowing what you what. They may surprise you (as they surprised me) :smile1:

And no, I haven't actually bought any thing from that store!

i went in knowing exactly what i wanted and i was still appalled by their (lack of) service! i'm boycotting them! will go to liat and DFS the next time!

I adore him and many; mainly the older SAs. The young ones, they need to learn a lot more. I enjoy seeing SAs enthusiastically serving any first-time customer. I don't fancy 360 degrees overturn of facial features.:p Anyone who comes to H adore H; they may not buy anything but they adore H. Nobody would come to H just like that, like what one would see at Gucci/LV or etc. KWIM?

I'm sorry you still had bad service.
But definitely shop at Liat and DFS more often :D I find it's almost impossible to not leave with a smile at Liat.
