thanks for the info LS and here I thought they are moving to downstairs (level 1) instead where Ralph Lauren store used to be.

They are scheduled to move to the new store by November and it will have a lift installed. It sure takes up so much space. I actually prefer they do a staircase like FSH store .

My SA told me not to bother visiting the temp store . The space is so small and there will very limited items on display.

^^ I totally agree! I think the original store space will remain but they will also have the floor downstairs therefore a lift is neccessary for us in our Hermes heels LOL!

You need to check out with Hermes Singapore if the waiting list is open. It all depends on what you order, and some colour and leather are reserved for special order and by invitation.

Your best bet is to check with either Hermes Liat Tower branch.

I was visiting the Hermes at Takashimaya last month. The SA informed that the store does not accept order again...

A 30cm in Togo is S$13,000 now. Even if you get to order one now, the price you'll be paying will definitely be more cos of price increases.

The shopping experience at H is enhanced by the standard of service provided by the SA.

Jus wondering who is your favourite SA when you shop at H in Singapore?

For me, its definitely Judy who is at the Takashimaya outlet! She's always so warm and sincere!

I know there is good service at every store but oddly I was in Taka twice this week, the store wasn't even crowded and I wasn't even acknowledged whilst I was browsing. That was disappointing service. I don't expect to be offered help but I believe that acknowledging every customer (when possible, unless it's crowded) is imperative.

Just a curious question, nothing sinister intended... may I ask why you seem to be 'promoting' the Taka store? Your previous posts seem to indicate that. You might just be a good customer there for all I know.
