H will service any authentic bags purchased from anywhere.

But personally for me, if I ever get any exotic items, I would prefer to get them here at the local store. I am not referring on the maintenance/service but on anything in general. In case something ever happens to it.

At least, less questions will be asked.

I agree. I am so afraid of going all the way to FSH with heightened excitement and anticipation, and can't find the skin/colour combo I want.

If it's part of a vacation, then I think it's a different matter. Coz there's alot more to be enjoyed. But for a sole hunting trip, I wouldn't do it.

Point to make here, is that for customers who already have a relationship at FSH, it's probably alot easier to "request" for what you want ahead of your visit. The same can't be said for all customers, especially walk-ins.

Nothing beats walking into our H stores *anytime* to browse and chit chat with the SAs and SM.

True. So the the only way to go, is to Paris.
No guarantee though, but my DH did managed to get the colour I wanted (tabac camel)
Now I thinking of getting a black/ghw birkin. Maybe he has to put in a order (if he travel to Paris in April or June), wonder if their order book is open ?:p

Maybe if he goes in June it will be more likely since it's nearer to podium?

hehe..hope so.
In fact, he did asked (in Jan), but was told by 1st SA-he can put down his order & will be delivered in April (he left FSH for chanel) to return again 1 hr later to put down the order. The SA 2 told him the order book will only be opened in Sept. Guess what, the SA 2 check the stk & told him 35 birkin tabac camel just arrived & yahoo..got my birkin.:p

Hi ladies,

understand that I can leave my contact with the SAs and they will contact me when they get any kellys? How long is the wait usually? Hubby agreed to buy me one for my birthday and i hope the wait is not too long. Any SAs to recommend?

I think there were a couple of Kellys on the shelves at Liat a week ago...
