If you have friends who are already regular clients at Hermes, I think the SAs will warm up to you faster than if you are a walk-in.

I was a walk-in and the SA at Liat was considerably nice.

But I have to agree, they are not as helpful as the ones in Chanel.

Not sure of the price. Saw a lindy in etoupe at Liat Towers two weeks ago. None at NAC today.

One just has to enquire. The store has limited display shelves. Some are stored at the back. And some are at the warehouse.

LOL! My experience at Chanel was quite contrary. I only get good service when tricia takes me there.

It really depends on the SA you encountered. Unfortunately, it doesn't really matter which store you go to.

On some days when my regular SA is not around (Chanel), my friend and I experience poor service from certain SAs too.

Hermes Liat, on the other hand, is like a little home (to some of us here) and so we have no problem getting help from other SAs even when our regular SA is not in.

I may just walk in one of these days to enquire about the Lindy. Hopefully they have either one of the colors I am inclined to - Orange or Raisin.

I know ush:. Once you put your name on wait list for the bag, don't think about it. From my experience, the more you think about it, the longer it takes to come.

Hey Pursenality.. yet to check out the DFS stores, but will certainly do so this weekend. I've left my name and contact with Hermes Liat, but the SA sounded doubtful as to whether any Kellys would be coming in. And the wait is just so excruciating..

LOL! My dear, if you must know, I sold the only Chanel bag I bought a couple of years ago and haven't own one eversince I entered the world of orange. I go to Chanel with tricia to browse, and get gifts for relatives.
