i am very curious, what is all of your "waiting for QB" strategy?
for me, i still shopped and try to visit once every 2-3 months instead of once every month..and even though i try to limit my buys, sometimes i cannot help myself and so my prespend finally is quite high...i don't think i should completely stop though, given the wait is now around 12 months (so I was told).. I feel like I may be "lost". that's why i'm curious to understand what are your habits..

Agreed. I do drop by when I get a message from my SA though because that’s when I know she has something for me. I won’t go in otherwise as I feel it’s a waste of time for both sides.

If I drop by and she offers me something I like I will buy it. My thinking is that she’s offering it to me because it helps my position in the queue (maybe this is wishful thinking) and also it’s hard enough to find something I like on normal days anyway and if it doesn’t count, so be it!

The last time l asked early this year, they stopped taking orders for homeware. I’m not sure if they resumed taking orders. I bought a few homeware prior to that, it’s more like bits and bobs of what they have available (can’t help myself). I think you can ask your sa to check if the item you want is available, in demand or not

I ordered 4 cups and 1 sushi plate from the mosaic series in aug last year and was told the wait would be a year. Til today they aren’t ready for collection yet.

Thank you both Seems like the wait is pretty long esp for in-demand pieces, and they may not be taking orders currently. Shall check further with my SA too!

I was told gold isn’t issued for 1st QB.. someone else might have heard differently though.

I picked up something from Liat last week and I was told the same thing. Gold is reserved for 2nd QB, not for the 1st QB.

A bit out of topic, but has anyone know if Birkin Cargo is permanent collection or limited edition/seasonal? If it’s permanent, has anyone able to get it directly from either Taka/Liat recently? Many thanks

I shop when my SA messages me. He would drop me a message when it is time of the month (end of the month). He would message and usually say "Your shirt is here! etc....."
In terms of QB, he will message me if it is time, he also is the kind of SA who will not push for items to buy if it is something that will not look good on me!
QB bags would mean 2 a year.

Very surprised to receive invitation to private sale via text this morning, as a newish customer who only has 1 qb and is far from being able to apply for the next qb. I’ve never asked my SA about the private sales so perhaps it is purely decided by corporate? Anyway seems like invites are still trickling out (:

thanks for sharing! what color did you get? it's also on my wishlist, but my SA told me the prespending is much higher >.< ..maybe after i get my regular b25 first.

I'm not sure how recent you're looking at... but personally in the past 4-5 years I have bought B, K & C in both Barenia as well as Boxcalf. They're my fave leathers and I do look for accessories in those 2 leathers as well. I know it's been harder to get though; especially since Faubourg started trickling in.
