Anyone got a good responsive SA to link me up with? My previous SAs from Liat and MBS have ghosted me Am looking to get a few household stuffs and I want to build a R/S w a good one! TIA!
Understand how you feel. Sadly, few actually give recommendations due to several reasons.
1) Some SAs prefer not to have their contact number passed around. They have more than enough clients.
2) What might work for one might not work for another
3) Some are unappreciative and disappear after getting the contact
4) The list goes on.

Wishing you all the best in finding an SA that might work for you. If you like Liat/MBS, continue to visit the store to find someone whom you can "click" with! I'm sure there will be someone who can take care of you in this journey.
 
Requests for items Maybe im doing something wrong. Im really friendly… maybe too friendly?
could be no stock for the items... my own experience with my SA is that usually if there's stock, there is a reply.
Anyway, I have conditioned myself to strike the items off the wishlist when there is no reply .. and when I'm in store, i will ask again in person and if lucky, the item will be available and then i consider them a bonus. hope it makes sense.

after 2 years, i had my fair share of anxiety, second guessing why SA did not respond/took so long to respond, why i was not invited to X, Y, Z, etc. But I also learnt to trust my SA. I just do my part (face time + spend) and I know that the bags will come...

If they ignore u for items, I feel this is quite normal. LOL. Maybe the items are out of stocks. This happened to me as well. Especially this year I heard they can’t reserve stocks for clients.

What I do now is to fix an appointment with SA, go down to shop whatever is available.

My relationship with my SA was pretty transactional at the beginning. After we got to know each other more (more than 1 year) our relationship became better.
