Hi, I would like to seek some advice. I had previously went into the stores a few times to browse but wasn't able to buy anything as there was no stocks for the items I was keen on (not bags). Have also spoken to a few SAs and they had taken down my interest, gave me namecards without handphone numbers. Recently a SA gave me a namecard and written down the handphone number and said to text if i had items that i'm keen on. Does this mean that she is willing to take me on as a client, or it's just courtesy on her part?

Yes she is keen to do your business. You can build a relationship with her as your sa from here on. I would advise you to start by setting up an appointment and getting what is available in-store, rather than start by texting your wishlist items. That can come later, when your relationship is more established.
