well so i did not give up yet, i texted my SA said i wanna come down to see what i can get, unfortunately my SA is not available (off day). i'm trying to maintain the relationship! lol

long story short, i walked in and looked for the previous SA that assigned to me, and seems ok and we chit chat and we can connect in few matters, but when i asked the contact number, the SA said i can contact my SA instead or can just walk in and if available this SA will serve me since already know my name.

So i asked about the pre spend like is it must stick to one SA, how you calculate the pre-spend if i purchase from several SAs? and the SA said its ok, does not matter the purchase will still count, as long as in the same store. :confused1:

example i wanna change SA, usually how to do it? esp if same store, as i do not want to have awkward situation.. TIA!

So do you want to switch SAs or try to strengthen the relationship with the current? Like what others have said, pre-spend is just one of the requirements. The strength of the relationship with your SA influences how much they can/will advocate for you. If you keep trying to switch SAs then the latter will likely not put your profile at an advantage.

My two cents, when an SA says it doesn’t matter that purchase history is spread among different SAs as long as the purchases are from the same store, I see it as indirect messaging that they are not keen to take you on as a client. In this case, the second SA probably sees you as your SA’s client and wants to avoid being accused of stealing clients and potential conflict/awkwardness with a co-worker.

How close is your profile to being able to seek approval for a qb? Is it possible to stick it out with your current SA until then and reassess after that? I think changing SA in the same boutique would always be awkward.

I’m curious if you bought anything frm ur walk-in? And how often u visit ur SA?

I am sure she does want to invite you, just ask :) usually they do forget to invite their clients!
I experienced so many times of being ghosted and ignored even after being a loyal client of 10 years...Nowadays, if he forgets to invite me to new releases etc.....I don't get bothered anymore. Reality bites!
So now, I just buy what I want if I do want something, and I don't message my SA for items that I like. If he has it, he will give it to me. I think, personally, that is my way of avoiding a heartbreak!
