We have had so many reports about OT unrelated topics that have nothing to do with Singapore H stores.

If you are not writing on something pointedly pertaining to a Singapore store (only) please post in the appropriate thread(s)

My two cents, when an SA says it doesn’t matter that purchase history is spread among different SAs as long as the purchases are from the same store, I see it as indirect messaging that they are not keen to take you on as a client. In this case, the second SA probably sees you as your SA’s client and wants to avoid being accused of stealing clients and potential conflict/awkwardness with a co-worker.

How close is your profile to being able to seek approval for a qb? Is it possible to stick it out with your current SA until then and reassess after that? I think changing SA in the same boutique would always be awkward.

I think i will stick to my SA, i do not want conflict or awkwardness happen. but if my SA MIA again after appointment has been made i think i will need to switch..

at that time i did not coz the item i want not available and the SA said come back in next 2 weeks. i usually visit my SA once a month.

Hmmm… i learnt over time that i wont always get what i want frm the store. N if i die die stick to my wishlist, i dun think i’ll have good rs w my SA. I compromise on few items here & there, e.g. the color for sandal/shoes, the model for rtw.

There’s always someone more VIP than VVV♾️IP. They will support the SA everytime. And of cos the SA reserve the “good” ones for them.

Of cos, u dun need to compromise every single time, but if i think i can work the other items, i will get it. And i will share my thoughts too, so i wont just do pre-spend without thinking. And i wont chase my SA for my previous wishlist. I easily move on. I noticed once the item is over, it’s done. I dun see any point keep on waiting & chasing. Hard thruth. But there’s always new season everytime. Just wait for the new items to come.

This is just my 2 cents on how i build my rs w my SA. Now i dun come to the store uninvited. I used to go once a mth, now i just go when my SA invite me for event or new launch. And i just buy everything at 1 go. N then just wait for bags. I wont bother my SA on anything else too while waiting.

Another possibility is to open a new account under different name in another store. I personally wouldnt be able to handle the awkwardness. N i dun think the new SA will treat u any better. If it’s not handle tactfully, they might think that u threw a colleague under the bus while asking for a switch. Now u might also do the same to me n “complain” to SM for another switch. Im not saying that u will do that, but this is just a story i would tell myself if im the new SA in the same store.

Same. In fact one store won’t have everything just because they order different stocks. So now I just buy wherever is convenient for me, having more than 1 profiles in various countries. I’m not buying a lot. But it’s easier to get the things I actually want and no need to compromise.

Hihi! I started my H journey recently but not aiming for QB at the moment. I’m only interested in the Evelyne Mini. The SA I met with helped me with starting my “wish list” however he also added in my friend’s wish list into mine as we were shopping together, which was weird..

When I visited him again to try out some jewellery, he suggested me to go to other boutiques / online to purchase since the sizes are available. However he asked my friend if she would like to transfer the fashion jewellery she’s looking at to the boutique we were shopping.

Should I clarify the wish list items with my SA via text or just look for a new SA altogether to build a profile? Only bought a pair of Orans + Bastia with the current SA

Suggest you make an appointment with your SA to go through and update your wishlist in person. He may have just mistakenly added your friend’s wishlist items to yours.

I think no need to read too deeply into him asking you to buy the fine jewellery elsewhere. My SA told me once while we were chatting that fine jewellery is one of the categories they cannot request for transfer, I recall latest season RTW is another non-transferable category (maybe for VIPs it’s different, but I wouldn’t know).

Hmm based on your post I don’t really see a need to change SA, but it’s up to you if you want to try finding another SA you may feel more comfortable with.

I agree with @LoVe joy sunshine.

Also, Actually many SAs think that it’s important and would be happy for the customer to get what they actually want AND should not be counting their pennies towards the quota bag (but of course most of us do not want our pre spending to go to waste right?). I’m sorry I do not mean to offend but this is the reality.

I’ve heard of this from my SA too, they’re definitely not hard up for sales.

Should be by month. But I cant confirm. Anyhow, they don’t always have stock to sell. So, they are capped by that as well.

I was told that they are measured by store quota, not personal quota. Therefore they can say “buy what you like” and don’t need to be aggressively selling.
