Yah. Thankful. Is it because you are already waiting for bag and your prespend is already high and cannot rollover?
I shop at Taka. During this period of waiting for my QB, I was tempted to get many things but I held back. I did buy just one item (FJ in lower price range) - because the stock was hard to come by plus my SA said the spending can be rolled over. Recently I asked about some new season items but she never reply me. Nope she was not on leave either.
 
Hi everyone, sorry if this has been addressed before -- do items like twillies, silk or cashmere scarves count towards the pre-spend? Read somewhere that such items are not counted, so just hoping to confirm. TIA! :smile:

Should be included, my SA told me the scarves I have been buying while waiting for my qb cannot count towards the next bag but what I buy after collecting my qb will count. But better to ask your SA in case it is one of those things that differ depending on SA or boutique

Normal. Sometimes no stock they also don’t bother to reply. There are also hundreds of clients like us requesting for items and I bet the SAs cannot keep up / remember all these requests. Sometimes they are so busy they only reply during toilet break. There are a lot of items I have requested for / kept asking about and hardly did my SA text me to say it has arrived. The best way is to book an appt and go in to see for yourself.

Does any1 knw if u buy items the day u receive ur QB, will it count towards prespend for nxt QB? & how long after receiving a QB wud be an appropriate time to request for nxt QB? How wud u broach tht topic?
hmmm... i would think it's counted, but previously i just bought twillies. so dun matter much in a bigger picture of my next prespend lol. so I'm not sure if it's high spending like FJ since it's significant spending... best to check with the SA directly. but from my personal exp, my SA likes me to go back few days after instead... but it's for a SO watch, so the item wont be gone to anyone else... sorry not much of a help here...

Edit: sorry forget to add abt the next qb topic. I usually bring it up to my SA when it’s close for me to hit the next prespend. It usually happens after 2-3 mths for me

yes I understand they are very busy. I know that there are certain categories like RTW which cannot be reserved even if they have stock (therefore I never bother to ask for stock status). But I can tell that her attitude has changed after I hit my pre-spend and qualified for QB. She is not as responsive nor attentive as before. Yes I have gone down for a random browse before. I actually saw one of my wishlist items on display. I had been waiting a few months for it. She didn't inform me there was stock. When I asked her 'isn't that what I was looking for,' she had this awkward silence. But I didn't make a fuss about it (what's the point right). In the end I didn't buy it as it was the display piece and not in perfect condition.
There were a few other incidents (don't get me started on the watch customization...). Overall, I take it to mean she is focusing on her new clients, or she does not want me to keep spending while waiting for QB (maybe doesn't want me to qualify for the next QB so soon?).
