Dont think it’s hard. My SA asked me in Jan if I wanted and I bought one. Maybe ask your SA again, could have slipped her mind.

No. You need to send to spa and they will only quote after assessing.

My c24 buckle cost 1,050 to replace last year. they didnt send it back to headquarters. I think it took about 1 month.
