When there is stock for the things I want and when they happen to see my msg when they have time to check. They get bombarded by tons of messages all the time. I just send when I want to request for things and never expect any reply. My sa will suddenly remember me sometimes. Sometimes the reply is immediate and sometimes a few days but sometimes never reply until I send my next message on other things. I never follow up as well.

One lady on XHS pm to share with me that she shops at all 3 stores under the same profile and she gets non qb from all of them. She does buy quite a lot too and her replies to the SA is that you don’t have what I want so I could only get from another store. It didn’t bother her but I don’t dare to do that. I’m loyal to my sa

I really need your help! i'm from another country and I'm going to Singapore just for a couple days. I really want to get Kelly Pochette! is this possible to get it in 1 shopping day? have there been such cases? what amount need to spend to offer the bag immediately? 1:1 or more?

The only way you can get a Kelly pochette in the exact 1 day that you are available in Singapore it is to visit a consignment store that happen to have stock.

As a very normal but regular customer, I just asked for a Kelly pochette from my SA, I would be delirious if I can get it by next year.

Maybe your bill is not enough yet? How much did you spend on your purchases? I'm sure they have a bags in every store.

They do have bags in every store but it may not be the bag you wanted. Do let us know if you manage to get it and the spend ratio so that all of us can learn from it.

I’m sure if you spend 100:1, Hermes will have something special for you. Liat usually have better stocks for you to hit prespend. I think they are the only Hermes Singapore store that sells furniture.

I can only say I have quite a few quota bags and every one of them is >1:1. Fastest to receive is 3 to 4 months. Longest is 10 months. If u read a few pages back, some have said 12 months to get their quota bag.
