Hi everyone, any tips on how to tell my SA that I'm very open on colour and leather options for my QB without sounding like a reseller?


Might be a bit of a silly question but this worries me a lot. My dream bag is a b25 in gold hardware, but other than that I have no other preferences and I'm worried that'll make ne sound like a reseller.

Lots of people feel this way. I had no idea what color B25 I wanted, except my SA knew I only wear neutral tones. So he offered me a gold sellier last year. I don’t think that being open to a few different things makes you look like a reseller. It makes you look like you would like to build up your collection in a different size. And, an SA does know which of her clients actually love and use their purchases. You can also always simply discuss the issue with your SA and be honest: you cannot decide between x,y,or z color, essentially which to get first.

I’m curious has anyone been offered anything from a “display only” items? Im wondering if they’re really for display or reserved for VVVIP? TIA!

Yes I agree with that building a RS locally stands better chance in getting those ever popular SLG/non quota bags and of cause a QB eventually. I've been to both Paris and Asia trip this year and visited the H stores, Paris certainly offers a wide variety of stuffs but comes to the popular ones still quite tough, say Rodeos, Calvi duo etc.. As for the Asia store is pretty much the same experience as those of you who've visited the SG store recently, everything no stock
Quite amazing that luxury shopping now hugely depends on the SA you'll meet, particularly with H. For myself I can roll over all my spending to the next QB even while waiting for a QB but I'll have to wait for 6 months before submitting another QB request after collecting one and It usually take few months for one to arrive, gauging by this timeline, I'll likely only be able to get 1 QB per year. No complain though since I preferred neutral col in general and my SA is also nice to offer me all other popular items while waiting for a QB to "quench my thirst"

Thanks for sharing. May I ask the waiting for 6 months before submitting another request for qb is at a sg store?

I was told cannot transfer. Maybe because my profile is not strong enough. Online purchase but store pickup will not help towards your boutique profile either. So I only get things I know will not come to the store again.

Has anyone tried asking for transfer of stock from e-store to physical store? There are items which I like on the e-store but not available in-store.

Thank you! My husband always does the twilly for all my bags, he’s better at it than me! The mini lindy is a little too long for me so he helped me to tie the twilly. By doing that it shorten the strap of the mini lindy, it does not unravel as long as you tighten it

Hi, May I ask what’s your height? I’m 156cm and wonder if it’s too long for me. Is it true that they release one with slightly shorter strap now?

Yes Chevre is more expensive and rarer. It is lightweight, arguably the lightest, and (Mysore) resistant to scratches.

May I ask if chèvre ktg is better than Epsom? I like both leather and don’t know which to get.

Hi ladies , is it true that it’s tougher to get the first quota bag ? As in the pre-spend for the first quota bag is generally higher ? Also I’ve heard that Constance is harder to get than B/K , is that true ?

I heard waiting time for 2nd quota bag is always longer than 1st quota bag, assuming both about same specs. Wonder how true. Any idea anyone?

She did suggest a workaround if I really wanted another bag….just bring your father/mother/husband along to start another profile.

But the 2nd non-QB is a men’s bag which I waited since 1 year ago so I said, we will deal with it if it comes…. I’m not hopeful at all.

May I ask if the one year is like at any point e.g. 10 June 2022 to 9 June 2023? Or is it like full year 2022?

I think as you start your journey, let it be known you want to work towards a QB and then ask the SA to guide you. The 1:1 prespend is just a yardstick. In reality is often more due to surge in demand, but you may also get lucky and go less than 1. So better to check with your SA

My husband is going to get his own account. Is it ok to shared during 1st purchase with the sa that he wants to work towards a qb?

U need to buy what u ask for to build credibility with ur SA.

please note that if u r not an established client of your SA, u might not be offered the world wide search. The store needs to pay for the shipping for successful world wide search.

There are 2 types. Waitlist and wishlist. Waitlist comes with your name labelled on the box. Wishlist is that the SA will try to remember this customer is looking for a particular bag. It depends on how the SA wants to handle the request. But there are also times when I heard the waitlist is currently closed for all non qb due to too many orders to fulfill.

Hi ladies, would appreciate any insights on this. I met an SA to purchase 2pairs of shoes via walk in. During that same purchase I’ve also expressed interest in a non-quota bag and I left my name in the Q. I’ve not shopped with her since as I’ve found another SA that I’m more comfortable with. Recently I asked that SA whom I’ve only met once to purchase 2 pairs of shoes about the status of my bag and I was told that there isn’t any “queue” and she couldn’t advise me on how long exactly as she told me, quoted in her own words “it’s not 100% that you’ll get it”. Now I’m puzzled, aren’t we all allowed to have 1 bag on waitlist and that to get that bag is just a matter of time?
I really don’t wish to be waiting in vain…

IMO no leather is better than the other but more of personal preference. I have bags in both chevre and epsom and they are equally beautiful but I tend to be more careful with my epsom bags.
