Thanks! Yes to the 1st question.

For the 2nd question, l hope l’m not getting myself or anyone into trouble by answering it ( horror stories of sm witholding bag offers for anyone sharing their offers on social media/ people complaining to their sa for not getting bags come to mind). Anyway, my intention is just to be helpful cause l have learnt alot through others’ selfless sharing.
The other offers were kelly tricolour chai sellier and rouge grenat togo. I had to decide there and then, tomorrow no more lol

She did mutter ‘not enough for kelly’ when calculating my prespend. A kelly is what l really wanted. After 2 weeks l realized l didn’t want a C as much as a Kelly and decided to withdraw C request and continue to shop to get K. I was prepared to go to 24k but my wonderful new sa was very transparent with me and told me to wait and slow down when l hit the 19k mark. I requested for K28 because he said k25 is very popular and l an ok with 28 too. So after 1 month wait, reading posts from here and having a desire to go to the store again l made an appointment to get a scarf from my sa. I didn’t ask him about the K throughout the wait or when l was getting the appointment. When l arrived at the store he excitedly sat me down and told me about 3 options for K25, and asked me if l want any of them. All were not my requested colours but l was flexible and chose the swift (l dont prefer epsom). I am super happy and can’t believe l finally got a kelly, in a desired size, leather type and beautiful colour, after not too long a wait. So that’s my story, thanks for reading!
Ps: another advantage of L is u can prebook certain items online first and buy them in store if there is a ‘reserve in store’ option, the credit will go to your sa when u pay for it in store.

Yes, only liat. If u go online store, certain items has the ‘find in store’ button, and if available for liat sometimes they also have the ‘reserve in store’ button to click on. The store will hold the item for 3 days

Just wondering, if I've chalked up some pre-spend and get a non-qb (e.g., Lindy 26, 24/24), will the pre-spend reset after that, or can I continue until I hit enough for a qb? Also, is there a time limit to when we have to accrue pre-spend before it "expires"? Am enjoying my purchases slowly and not in a rush for a qb... TIA! :)

I believe Sas all know most of us love the BKC bags and are after 1 (or all hehe), so it’s ok to be upfront in the beginning and not have any guesswork. After we get comfortable with each other I’ll ask about spend threshold - it’s important not to be calculative or compare too much on this and let your Sa have some flexibility, its good to spend a bit more especially if you’re going for more popular specs.

During the waiting process it’s important to keep your profile active. Whether your Sa counts towards the next bag or not, better to ask. If yes good, if not, just cut down on spending (they will understand). I find that if one doesn’t have a love for other H products, it is very difficult and frustrating to sustain during the wait. Also deep wallets.

To me, I’ve bought and also sold via resellers and generally had good experience so if I really cannot wait, I’ll buy from resellers. Of cos the store experience is definitely nicer.

I also find that it’s more fun to have a close friend, family member or husband present during the shopping process.

Do you mean some SAs in Singapore allow spending to rollover to be counted for next quota bag while waiting for first quota bag to arrive? I heard different comments from different customers so thinking if it depends on SA.

My SA is different - she says its better to continue to keep profile active so when the bag comes into store, she can fight for me to get it and its easier to justify if your profile is generally active throughout. And since it counts towards spending for next QB i feel it’s ok.
