Why not u spend until she can’t help but need to calculate for you….like u spend to a certain stage like 5:1, 8:1 kind….then she has no choice but to reverse engineer ie use ur total profile amount minus off bags, then minus off the arbitrary amount for each quota bag. Then balance for deduction against next QBs.

I always send my H shawl and silk to the Presto at taka (beside posb). So far so issue at all. Maybe u want to give it a try at that outlet. Sadz to hear what happened to yr beloved silks. Can understand your pain.

You can try Jeeve's at Cluny Court. I have brought H scarves and shawls to dry clean there.

nope, haven’t been in touch with my SA for two months already :S

I literally just gifted something last week and the food item was accepted. Was below $100, nothing extravagant. Maybe the policy differs from store to store and SA to SA, very much like how some SAs accept rollovers of prespend and some don’t, even within the same store. I shop at the same store as another forumer who shared that her store doesn’t accept food and rollover.

Please don’t ask me to specify which store and which SA bcos we all know that I can’t and won’t. Moral of the story is everyone’s journey is different.

But for those who’ve received specific advice from your SAs, best to heed them.

Hello, your SA allows rollover to prespend?

I heard some people say depends on SA so I wonder is it even if same store also depends on whether SA wants to allow rollover.
