hi guys… i pop by H yday to check out on an item which caught my eyes on xhs. This was my first visit to H and omg i was really nervous :yucky:
Anyway the SA told me they dont have the item so i checked on the oran sandal which has been on my wishlist for like forever! As i know that lux brands nowadays are not too well stocked so i asked the colours they have in my size.
The SA came back with white n etoupe and of course i went with etoupe and there it conclude my first purchase n experience with H :biggrin:
I did asked her briefly if there is requirement to give a wishlist but she say no. She can take down my request and KIV. But in the end, I did not do that. :yucky:
The SA was a little cold but its fine with me, probably been a long day for her. I did asked about a gold oran and she mentioned will contact me if its in stock. She did give me her name card. I guess i can hope for the best if i can start my H journey with her :P

Hi hi… My first post. I just started H journey last year, and had been learning silently here. just after I put in my first gb request early this year, my sa resigned. I was at a loss as I really like my previous sa… i booked an appointment last week to meet my new sa to confirm my gb and asked my new sa if there’s a Kelly to go on the very same day and got it. On top of that, I got a FJ that I had been eyeing. really my lucky day and I am glad that I din give up my H journey, which I almost did….

Would like to ask, thou my account was transferred to the new sa, i don’t have her contact. So I can’t msg her like I msg my previous sa. How do I know when my gb is here? She will msg me? Thanks

Seems like the etoupe oran got restocked recently as my SA also asked me to collect a pair that I had reserved. Tried on gold previously and preferred the etoupe colour. That was also my first time and I was shy to mention about wishlisting for a bag because I’m not sure if my SA would mind. Since yours gave you her name card, it should mean she’s happy to start your H journey with you :smile:

I have spend more than 2:1 and requested for a lot of different colours and I have yet to get (under a new account, still waiting).

Previously I have gotten a black mini kelly ii and before I got it I ordered a diamond bracelet (deposit). I’m not sure if the 20K diamond bracelet helped. Not including the bracelet I have spend more than 2:1 to get the black mini kelly ii.

Right now I have slowly lost count how much I have spend. Just prepared to spend if you want a mini kelly ii right now. There are too many tourists that are willing to spend $$$.

Yea I was a little nervous in asking and thought why not and asked about it. But in the end I was also a little shy in putting down any bag request except I did asked to be contacted if the gold is in stock
It’s kinda strange that the name card only has her email address, does it mean I should wait for her to get back to me?

Hmm that sounds a bit strange because the name card I got after my first encounter with my SA has her mobile number. Can’t rmb if it was printed or handwritten on the name card. I got a pair of shoes, a belt, a bracelet and placed deposit for two mugs during that visit.

Not sure what other veterans here would advise, but perhaps you can drop her an email to ask what’s her preferred way of contact and for her mobile number if she prefers to contact by whatsapp?

Just sharing my experiences, My SA only have her email address printed on the namecard, and I have been communicating with her via email. She is pretty responsive (within one day turnaround time unless she is on leave), so I don’t have any issue on that. :)
