If you reached a substantial amount of spending and continue to buy from your SA even when he/she doesn't offer you a bag, then you are telling the SA indirectly that he/she doesn't really have to deliver (offer you a bag).....but you will still keep on buying from him/her. I stick by my rule: After six months of being a loyal customer and buying substantially (buying what I like of course), and yet 0 offers, I move on. But that is just me.
I’m surprised that you had to resort to this in Singapore.

Based on my experience, it’s very transparent in SG. Once you hit quota, the SA will ask you for your wish list and get it approved by SM. SA will come back to you and say if it’s been approved. Then you wait. The wait could take up to 8 months according to what the ladies on this forum have shared. For me I’ve never waited more than 2 months. Our experience may differ based on prespend and profile. Whilst waiting, whether your spending will roll over to the next QB, it’s dependant on outlet.

Hi, would you mind sharing which outlet you shop at? :) 2months is really fast!

2 months is not fast if 1. you clock a good pre-spend, 2. your profile looks good, and 3. you’re not fussy.

Trust me, anything is possible in the world of H. Everything about waiting 6 months in btw QB1 and QB2, taking a non-quota bag will push you back, it’s all BS. With the right spending, everything is possible.

Conversely, if you’re the barely scrap through pre-spend kind, yes the wait is long. I hope I don’t come across as being condescending. Just sharing my experiences. All our journeys are different.

I didn't experience that in SG. I was just replying to a previous post. SG or elsewhere in the world, if I have to wait for more than six months for a bag despite of substantial purchases, I move on. There is a B/K/C almost always in H. The question is, do they want to sell it to you?

It is indeed true that everything is possible with H not iust in SG but in H in general around the world. I’ve been shopping with H for almost 10 years and Im not the only one. Like you said, every journey is different and everything depends as well with a client’s profile, spending, store, purchases, SA and SM. Everything about waiting time in btw quota bags, taking a non-quota bag will push you back etc is not BS because some members have legitimately experienced these. You can get offered bags in weeks or months time dependening on a lot of factors. Comparing one’s journey with other’s will get you nowhere with H. You just have to manage your expectation

Hi all...I just started my H journey and was reading thru the posts.. very good & interesting experiences shared .
One qn.. I bought a pair of mules and would like to do the anti slip sole. Any good recommendations for cobbler ?

Thank you dear! I’m a little shy to go into specific details, in case my SA reads this forum too.

I’ve got a B earlier, followed by a K recently. All in the smaller sizes.

I do concur that it’s getting harder to get a quota bag, and we might have to build a stronger profile to get one.

Love your Etain B30! Congrats too!
Congratulations dear! It is awesome to have a nice SA. After my previous SA quit, I just can't seem to find any SA that are helpful and I've given up on building a profile because I never get any replies Any H experts here have tips on landing on a good SA?

Maybe you can consider switching stores?... that is if you havent spent that much yet on your first store. You can also try going to the store early in the morning on a weekday where SAs are not yet that busy.
