Thanks dear! Perhaps you can consider making small purchases each time you visit the store on a weekday morning, when they are not as busy. Hopefully you can find one that you connect with! My SA is really busy and she doesn’t always reply to my texts as well. It’s always better to see them in person. :)

May I also ask if anyone has experienced slight tarnishing on their RGHW? My SA previously managed to clean it off for me, but I didn’t want to bring the bag down and trouble her again.

Is there anyone who can recommend a polishing cloth that will help to remove such tarnishes?

I use town talk or connoisseur polishing cloth

So far my RGHW items are ok. I do rotate them and not wear the same item for days in a row. I will always wipe them with a dry soft cloth after use, and store them away from direct sunlight. My SA reminded me to take a little extra care with RGHW eg. don't spray perfume directly on it. HTH.

Yes RGHW does tarnish a bit more in high humidity. It did not happen when I lived in Europe and two bags have just started to tarnish in a new humid country. I have just sent an email to highlight it to my Paris SA as they might not see it that often as well as my SA at After Sales Service at FSH. Will update with any intel received.

Ok, I’ll take extra care and try to wipe them down after use too. Thank you for the advice. :)

RGHW is so pretty! But looks like it does need special care in climates with high humidity. Yes, do share with us if you have any intel on that too. Always appreciate your deep knowledge in all things H! ❤️

Hello everyone! Im new to H and i met an SA yest that put down my name for picotin18. I jus read that this doesnt count towards QB spend?

Anyone willing to share how much you spend prior to being able to ask for a QB? If i make a trip down n buy some shoes twilly belt jewellery, do u tink its possible to ask for a QB? Thank you all!

Hi, minimum 1:1 ratio to request for a QB. Yes twilly, shoes, Jewelry etc would be fine as long as you hit the 1:1 ratio :)
