Hi All, would like to get some advice. I have hit my pre spend months ago and my SA had even asked me if i have any bags in my mind. Its been more than 3 months since she asked me this question, but still no news from her. Every time (once a month) whenever i asked her if there is any update, she'd reply i'll check, but she never get back to me thereafter. im getting tired and i hate chasing for update. She is the kind who will not give you update unless you contact her first, so naturally i have to be the one to ask always. I have been shopping with her for last 4 years and still cant get used to this. please help :confused1::confused1:

sidenote, she has been the most patient person i have ever met, she takes her time to attend to me whenever im in store, but she just has this issue of not following up on messages. not just for qb, even for rtw or anything else generally.

Hi, has she mentioned that you are up for proposal? meaning, she or he will propose a QB bag for you.
Based on my personal experiences, it can be really frustrating, my SA never replies to me directly too, but after a few years, we just had an arrangement that he would let me know when it is time for a QB. Each January he would ask me what I want and give him my Top 3 wanted QB bags but he is also realistic that he would say he would do his best to accommodate and get approval from the SM.
I did have bad experiences with him too, he would forget to invite me to new RTW releases, or even the gesture of inviting me to store events (last Christmas, he didn't even invite me to the Christmas workshop) or never received any goodies or tokens like red packets, mooncakes etc. BUT I see customers getting them....it can be upsetting but now I guess I just ignore it, he has ultra VIPs so I guess I'm at the bottom of his list!

Hi, will your SA inform you that your bag request has been 'approved'? Or will he only inform you when the bag has arrived and ready for your viewing? Thanks.

When my SA tells me he has a surprise, usually it is from the initial plans that we had earlier on. And most likely 100% confirmed, he would just ask me what is my preference, for example, I would ask him I am okay with #1 option and #2 option, then he will tell me both are approved and I can choose....
And once I choose, I can view, I dont normally view both bags, it would be unfair if both boxes are opened. The next client who will get the unchosen bag will see her box has been opened, I also would not want that so I only request to view the bag if I confirm on it.

Not sure if it’s a common occurrence among other members to have slight tarnishing of the RGHW too?
Hi there, you could ask your SA what to do in this case. Mine gave me a Hermes polishing cloth when I had some H costume jewellery has slight tarnish after >5yrs. The tarnish was gone after rubbing gently

Thanks dear! Perhaps you can consider making small purchases each time you visit the store on a weekday morning, when they are not as busy. Hopefully you can find one that you connect with! My SA is really busy and she doesn’t always reply to my texts as well. It’s always better to see them in person. :smile:
