I agree with @skinnyepicurean that your SA must have had reasons why she was late for 20mins. I’m guilty too. I’m that customer who ate into someone’s appt a few times but that’s because my appts started late. My SA hurried me towards the end too. But give and take lah. There were times when my SA happily chats with me and “don’t let me go” too LOL. If you enjoy shopping with your SA, maybe don’t write her off so soon.

I doubt SAs want us to stop spending. It’s commission for them afterall. Only QBs don’t give them commission.

Lastly, 30K for non-QB qualifies you for a QB but in the whole scheme of things, you’re not a “big fish” customer either. I’ve been a client since March 2021 and I’ve received two QBs - one B25 Togo and one K25 Epsom. For my 1st QB I spent 21K non-bags plus another 25K on bags (total around 46k). My 2nd QB also around 21K for non-bags. Waiting for 3rd QB and around 42K spent for non-bags with additional 8K deposits put for FJ. Total spend since Mar 2021 inclusive of QBs, my prespend and FJ deposit is ~150K. I’m not a vip customer by the way. I know I’m not because I’ve non-vip friends who spend more.

You may have spent 30K but there’s someone else who spent 100K and another who spent 250K. Dont hold your SA hostage to you for 30K and threaten to switch SA. You’re not a big customer my dear. Yes she’s wrong for being late and I’m sure she apologised right? Give and take girl! But don’t let this be a habit and register your displeasure with your SA about you not liking being rushed tactfully

Many of us have waited for our SAs too. Many of us have been rushed but don’t take things so hard and so personally. It’s ok just chill and enjoy the H journey.
Thanx for the update. I know that 30k is like peanuts in the H world, but I do expect being on time as a basic courtesy. But I guess I should really just not take things too personally on anything with H, and understand that SA there are really really busy. I have always experienced top notch customer service when shopping in ch, dior or prada, I guess it was a bit of a culture shock for me.

Hi @bagslave87 Just a little insight from my side, they really are busy, I waited 30-40 minutes for my SA, I actually thought she forgot about me:giggle: but she called me towards the end to ask me where I was waiting. When she finally greeted me she apologized profusely and said that her previous client was late and there was some issue w their payment. I personally didn't mind as I prepared myself for situations like these because I know how busy H gets and I emptied my schedule for the next few hours or so in case. My appt then started around 2PM and I asked her if she's had her lunch and she said not yet :hrmm:

True! Maybe they are really busy! The thing is I tot she was not interested to serve me actually that is why that would happened. But thanx for the insight. 30-40mins, that is a little crazy….
The wait is quite common depending on whether it’s a peak period or timing. Perhaps can request for your SA to text you if their previous appointment is going to overrun? That way you can do some stuff in the proximity instead of waiting in store.

It’s really normal. I have waited one hour with my husband in the store. There were no seats and we had to stand one corner. Haha.

Just to share, my SA once kept me waiting for 20 min. It was on a regular weekday afternoon, no queue no crowd. She was the one who called me to go as one of my wishlist items had arrived. She apologised and I didn't press her on it. I just trust that she had a good reason. She shared with me that on peak days eg. weekends, PH - they are told to allocate only 1 hour per client (even for clients with appointments), so that they can also attend to walk-ins. 1 hour is very short and it can feel very rushed. But that is their management's policy and we just have to work with it.
