30k is too much if it is non exotic. Does the spending includes non quota bags? Note that any spends on bags does not contribute to the prespend
Noo, I was offered to put in request for my QB after around 20k. It does not include any quota bags, but she is suddenly like giving me these kind of attitude, I was also still waiting for a Picotin, it had been 3 months now. What should I do? Given that she was late for 30 mins, the other time and I left the store as I was in a hurry.
 
Can you ladies give me some pointers should I be angry that she was late for 20 mins for our appointment? Should I try to change SA or continue with her. I do enjoy spending my time browsing with her actually…
If I enjoy shopping with my SA, why would I want to change her?

Personally I don’t think she intentionally stood you up, could be her earlier customer took a long time/was late/was assigned by her manager / super vip etc. a lot of reasons why she overran her appt.
Granted she could have cut short the other customer’s time but maybe she felt you are the understanding sort?

Since it does affect you, perhaps let her know gently that while you can be understanding, you also hope this does not occur often as you really prefer to not rush through your shopping.

Thank you so much for your advice and wisdom, maybe I really should be less affected by this. I am the understanding sort, and not a very demanding customer, but when shopping I do always expect top notch customer service. Unfortunately, maybe in Hermes this is not always the case….

There is limited stock and you are already in excess to get your first quota bag. Maybe do other customers a favor and stop buying for a while? Let other customers have a go?

There is such a thing for Hermes to stop customers from buying. I didn’t realize, or maybe she just wants me to slow down my spending while waiting for my QB to arrive?

Yes. I think taking a break is a good idea. I reckon you have purchased more than enough for a first offer. Let her contact you when your allocated bag arrives. In the meantime relax and enjoy your other purchases. HTH!

Can I ask why is there such a price disparity for certain items such as constance slim which is S$5300 in Singapore but only Eur$2110 in Europe and US$2675 in US?

I understood for other brands such as Chanel, the price is more or less the same after currency conversion.
Unlike other brands which have tried to equalise prices worldwide, Hermes has always remained firmly biased towards their home country where the stock is arguably priced lowest in the world and then next lowest in the EU. (Barring a country going bankrupt and Hermes going for almost nothing, which has been reported before on this subforum.) It may be unfair to us, but they can and they do do it. This is why all things combine to result in the craziness of people fighting and begging for bags at FSH. Particular to SG, as GST and tax rates remain low compared to other countries, I think H pricing is relatively acceptable. No comment however, about current prespend requirements which is a whole other thing.

Thank you for the pointers. Think I do get a little too excited purchasing from the store with all be beautiful things they have in stock.

Agree. For me my SA will ask me to focus lol. I have 2 QB since my first purchase in Dec 2020. Not as super fast speed, but pace at my spending capability.
