Hi I tried the white pair in-store. It's very light and comfy but I didn't buy them as I find white very high maintenance. Was told the black was sold out as soon as it arrived

Oh I see. I guess so too. Wanted to get something I could wear for winter trip in Dec. So just grab online since cannot get in store. Tomorrow arriving can't wait to try.

Have you checked with your SA? A few years back I sent in a few shawls with thread pulls and my SA sent it to someone they know to fix it. The person did a very good job. I paid $25 per shawl.

Would you be able to share if thread pulls are frequent occurrences and what contributed to them? I am enjoying mine but concern about thread pulls and would like to avoid if possible. Mine r holding up okay thus far.

I must be v lucky that my SA seldom makes me wait and always so pro-active in showing me stuff.
But I try to avoid weekends and weekday evenings. It’s usually crowded and I feel embarrassed when I’m still there near closing time

This is gonna be a unpopular opinion, but I personally feel like Herbag is like this baby sister of Kelly's and Garden Party. Stuck in the awkward stage of going through puberty, a mix between two of her beautiful sisters. The one with the pegasus is quite unique though. If I already have either Kelly or GP and owns a Herbag, i think the chances of bringing Herbag out will be extremely low.

Just to share my joy - asked about a Constance Mini as my qb last week and gotten it yesterday! I’m considered a super low spender so I’m just happy to be offered a chance for a qb and able to get it so fast.

Such great news! I’m also looking to get a mini Constance as a first qb. Do you mind sharing if your pre-spend is 1:1? And how or when (halfway through pre-spend etc.?) you brought it up to your SA?

My pre-spend is 0.75:1 (if I understand the ratio that’s often used here, my total spend is lower than the bag itself).

I’m always direct in what I want so I asked my SA if I can ask for Constance as qb - the convo happened last week.

Along the way I did mention I want a qb but my SA will be honest and say my spend is rather low but slowly shop and enjoy, which I did. I think open communication is the best. Also no harm asking

I see! Shall bring up the topic on my next visit then. I thought profile building would take a long time but since starting my H journey, I’ve realised they have so many pretty things and I need to pace myself hahah! Thanks for sharing ~

Ya profile building takes a while - I started last Sept so I didn’t drop huge amount at one go but just to buy what I like along the way. Enjoy!
