Does anyone know what new colors will be coming? From what I recall in the display there was a lot of citrus, but mostly those were bags that have canvas also.
I was just in the boutique last week and can confirm that the display had a lot of yellow, gold/natural, and canvas type bags....maybe inspiring early spring/resort type looks during this gloomy time of year? I did get to see/play with the new Herbag mini (which is really cute and I hope it went to a happy home!) and was asked my interest in the Geta and In-the-Loop bags so curious if they are anticipating some stock there. I was actually there to try on RTW and picked up a sweater and looking forward to spring/summer resort! I hope everyone has found some great pieces at our store through the holidays!

Ohhh what color was the mini Herbag?

Hi guys!! I’m new here. Been shopping at this location boutique for at least 2+ years now. Would love to connect with all of you and not feel like a loner 🤣 Was in the store yesterday and picked up some goodies.
Hi @lyuba334! I hear you about being a luxury loner... bit of a niche interest lol. But you won’t be alone here. Welcome to TPF! Looking forward to your many future posts!

Have you guys heard that our stores SA’s can't ship items to Oregon clients anymore. As well as the rest of the states that don't have sale tax. Maybe it will be easier shopping experience for us.. or worst (who knows)

Honestly everyone’s relationship is so different that I’m sure what you’ve reflected on as “mistakes,” really aren’t! :flowers:

That’s interesting that they’re not shipping to non-tax states anymore….i think that’ll just mean our boutique may be a little busier since everyone will shift to in-person shopping. I feel for those on the other side of the river having to make that 3-4 hour drive and also feel that 10% sales tax lol. The other question is, when are they opening the Portland H? Lol

You can purchase in store and ship to Oregon to save tax. I believe the change is they are not allowed to ship most items as a purchase over the phone.
Even the website is allegedly no longer shipping to tax free states. Its completely stupid. The theory is that resellers were taking advantage and shipping to tax free states such that their cost was lower and they could be more competitive on the second hand market but....who cares?? Why should H care about any of that when the effect is going to be limiting actual real customers who live in these areas?

Not sure. Out of curiosity I added something to an online cart and tried to check out with a Portland address. It seems to not be a problem. Of course I didn’t finish the checkout as I didn’t want to purchase the item, so I guess it’s possible it would be cancelled. But I had no problem last year purchasing in store and shipping to Oregon to save tax.

Its a new policy set to take effect on January 13th, I believe.
