I had spoken with my SA about charge sends/ordering from website, etc, and there were some new policies about what they could do. For example, if they ordered something from online for you in store, you pay for it in store like a regular purchase, and you can pick it up either in store or have it shipped to your home. But if they do a charge send from another store, they have to ship to your home. Normally, you would have the option of shipping/picking up in store, but that is not an option anymore, and you have to pay for all these items in store. But I did not hear anything about a price cap from the website, or if you work mostly remotely with your SA, so this is interesting! That being said, there are always exceptions

I believe most people generally estimate in their heads. I guess if you use the same credit card all the time you could also use your credit card search option to show what you have spent. Though they would be able to look up all your purchases and give you a total, I wouldn't recommend you asking the SA to do so as it may seem like you are too focused on prespend. But that's just me, others may disagree.

I’m a little confused - how does everyone know what their pre-spend is? Do you keep track or do you ask your SA for an update on how much you’ve spent that year?

I personally just keep a general idea in my mind. Also agree with @kelly1234, I wouldn’t ask your SA what your prespend is. Looking back at my experience, once spend is “competitive” then offers tend to come in. Happy shopping!
