I wouldn't be surprised if one day H built one in Portland -- definitely, a shopping haven for Japanese ladies. They certainly have a beautiful LV store there already!

I was speaking to someone today at the Wall Street store because I had been charged sales tax on some bags and accessories that I had shipped to me in Scottsdale. And at 8.5% of the cost of Hermes, it's worth the call! Anyhow...the person I spoke with told me that Hermes is opening in Scottsdale in 2008!!!Perhaps it's going to be at the new "mall" at Scottsdale and 101, he didn't know about the location, even though I told him I had asked at Fashion Square...
I don't think any new malls in North Scottsdale will be opened in 2008, but I could be wrong.
In late October, the staff at the Hermès in Las Vegas also were aware that Scottsdale would get an Hermès, but they were under the impression that the original date was 2008, but that had been delayed until 2009. They thought that the location would be Scottsdale Fashion Square.
Seattle is also on the horizon!! Now, how do we score those invites?? I plan on camping out on the doorstep of both!!
I hope it's before Iraq, if so I would love to camp with you!!!! DH will bring us hot cocoa!
