I'm considering purchasing this scarf but can't see the name because the image is so small. Can anyone identify it? Thanks in advance.

Dear all,

I have a question that has been bugging me for three years already, does the first issue of Astrologie have a copyright mark? I know that Hermes started copyrighting their scraves in the 60's but not all eraly 60's scarves have a (C). The later issues have (c) near Hermes Paris, the modern ones in the corner under the Leo sign, but what about the 1963 issue? It's just that I have a scarf that has all the authentic traits, except for the copyright and looks really old and I really want to know for sure =)))))
Thank you in advance!!

Original issue does NOT have copyright. I have one. It's the purple/chartruese cw. Would love to see a pic of yours. :smile1:

It's a rare, obscure design called Perroquets by artist Francoise Faconnet. Date of issue is unknown.

Seton, thank you very much! There is no tag on the scarf, it is my only concern. Do you happen to know if this design could be fake? Thank you again. I can post pictures in the correct thread but i am not sure if they can confrim authenticity without the label. Thank you again. Pavla

I dont keep ardent track of all the designs that has been faked so cant say.
The ladies can determine authenticity if u take enough pix, even w/o tag.

Hello, Hermes aficionados! I stumbled across this thread (and this forum, truth be told) trying to ID a scarf I saw at an Hermes store in Tokyo in January of 2010 and was wondering if anyone might be able to help? I've combed through the scarf catalog and can't figure out what it is for the life of me. I don't have any Hermes scarves yet, but four years ago I told myself this one would be the first! Any help would be greatly appreciated :p

It's La Femme au Semelles du Vent - very popular and expensive at resale, generally.

I have that cw of La Femme - it is quite unusual , I happen to love it

The border is an acid green - not a straight yellow ! works quite well with the blue tiger stripes and leopard spots

So, it is kind of a blue green scarf not a blue yellow one

Hope that helps

Hi there chocopockymaste, I also have this scarf.

As others have already said it's La Femme aux Semelle du Vent (I think AW2009) a silk twill carre 90 in colour-way 02 absinthe/petrole/canard
