I know it is by Karen Petrossian but I don't remember the year / season. By the way, we have a dedicated scarf identification thread (I know it's hard to find because it's in the sub-forum):

I just came across this scarf. I love origami. I have two origami tattoos to prove it :heart:. Does anyone know anything about it? Like when it is from? Or who did it? ( got one answer elsewhere that the designer is Karen Pertrosian- spelling hackjob)

Title is Metamorphose d’un carre.
And if anyone else has any other designs that contain origami other than Cocottes de soie and palio de siena, I would love to know!!

There was a men’s pocket square that had regular and origami chickens. That’s all I can think about

Hi. I am trying to work out the date of this Hermes scarf. It is a
Artist - Philippe Ledoux
Design- Musée in a pale pink colour way
Size- about 35x35inch
I am seeing all sorts of different dates so am a bit confused. Any assistance would be much appreciated

There was some discussion about the metamorphose scarf you asked about on the forum back in 2018. Jan (sdsurfchick) said it dated to before 2008, but there was not a lot else known about it.

According to Fontan‘s book Carres d’art IV, it was initially released in 2000.

Again , according to Fontan’s book. Original release 1962. Re-issued 1992/ 1997.
not personally familiar with this design. If yours is from initial release, the care tag should look very different than a newer release.

How could I miss that!! I swear sometimes it takes a village lol. I had no memory of seeing it in there and I’ve read it 5 times over by now. I figured this design was just done in a gavroche because i was so unfamiliar W the design.

Thank you so much!!! Your comment regarding care tags put me on the correct track. So I am now pretty certain it is 1992 as it is the long care tag.
