Good Morning everyone!
I have a three questions, I'd be very appreciative of any assistance!
My first question is regarding L'lle Deserte by Annie Faivre (my favorite designer). I have searched and searched to find out if it came in a mossy green CW, but can't find it anywhere. I'm *fairly* certain this is authentic but I am just getting started.
Here's the scarf:

My second question is regarding Jouvence by Leila Menchari, I think from 1968. I noticed while cleaning it yesterday it doesn't have an accent mark over the Hermes... so did I purchase a fake? Or did was the accent mark not used on this scarf? Everything about this scarf is spot on - fireworks jacquard, the signature and copyright are exactly where they should be.
Here's some photos:

Lastly, how/where do you get all your information!?! I am flabbergasted by the wealth of information and the generosity of everyone!
Thank you so much!

Just bumping this - my apologies if I've done this wrong... does anyone know if the L'lle Deserte came in this color way?

I love the marine blue color of this "Sport" scarf but I don't think the picture is accurate because I can't find this color anywhere else. There's a teal which is much darker. Can someone confirm this scarf doesn't come in this brighter blue? And do you have any recommendations of scarves that are brighter marine blue or cyan?

The design was from 2012 - 2013 , so, old enough to be htf. It did come in a teal cw , somewhat like that in the photos but it came in a number of shades of blue cws
Terminology : in Hermes-speak marine is navy and I don't think you are asking about a navy scarf .... teal would be petrole or canard in french

May 21, 2017 was the first day of "Turquoise scarf" theme week on the scarf-of-the-day thread. That whole week has lots of pictures of scarves that may fit the bill. Turquoise week begins with post #5183, which is currently page 346 of the thread:

I don't have any info on blue colorways of Sport, I'm afraid.

Does anyone know the Filigrane artist? I'm not finding anything.

I wish H.com wouldn't leave the artist's name out of men's scarves. :annoyed:
No idea on Filigrane, if it is not signed, then you are probably out of luck.
'We know some of the mens artist due to signatures or because the design was also in the womens collections, not because the info was ever in official documentation. I just pulled out a mens scarf catalog - and it had neither names nor artists ! It was not an editorial oversight ... they chose not to provide the information...
I think this also goes to copyright/intellectual property rights. There are various legal ways to acquire rights to a design (from the freelance artist). There is probably some horse trading - to coin a pun - involved. Hermes gets more extensive rights and in turn agrees to «advertise» the artist name. A quid pro quo, especially for the highest prestige iconic 90cm womens designs. The flip side is that Hermes does not choose to do to «free» advertising for «lesser» designs. And of course, royalties are part of the legal negotiations.
Having sorta explained why the artists are not in the mens catalog, I cannot fathom why the scarf titles were absent from the booklet I perused. You would think ...

I'd love to know this too - right now I have a blank spot on my spreadsheet… it causes hyperventilation when I see it!
Breathe deep, take XANAX, PROZAC, most any drug with a lot of Xs in the name (LOL, trying to be humorous not give medical advice)
The best approach is to see if the scarf is signed , I did not see a signature on the photos ... I have looked

I've looked all over the scarf and can't find a signature either - I guess that space is just going to remain vacant!

Well, darn. And the only Z or X drug I have in the house is Zantac. But H does give me heartburn in a variety of ways, so maybe that'll do.

Thank you for investigating!

The mens scarves get short shrift ! Heck ! la chambre des garçons at Maison des Carrés is tiny garret in the attic - full of cobwebs
SHE (who must be obeyed ?) must have got Maison des Carrés in the divorce and and all got was an attic room for whatever he did not move out
PS I prefer humor to explain Hermes behaviour , rational thought does not work , and I too prefer the no drugs approach !
