Hi folks! So glad to see friends here! I've been off the grid for a while working on other things (art and a 3d program for clothing display). I've also discovered that my overriding love is COLOR. I've been besotted with it since...since I picked a grey ground with multiple colors for my skirt in Home Ec; yes, I am THAT old. Little did I know then that grey, warm or cool is such a wonderful ground to show off color! During my illustration career I used warm to set off cool and vice versa. Does anyone have scarf examples of this? There are lots, I am sure...please post if you get a chance.

So wonderful of you to adopt a rescue! Congrats. Speaking of warm + cool colors together, consider the warm pink of Les Bassets against the cool colors of the green border and the dachsunds (bonus points for pups, right?). H mixes warm and cool colors very frequently in my observation.

Am I the only one ? Those are not basset hounds but dachshunds ... that translates to teckels in French ....
In my geeky, silly way, I am speaking out for the respect due all teckels ... just had a long hair blonde Doxie puppy move in next door , swoon, am in love with him

They definitely are not basset hounds. They are dachshunds. I am indebted to this forum for learning the word "teckels" - so cute!

FINALLY!!! I have the word in French; thanks MT! I had 5 teckels before the beautiful Luna (my current rescue). All the teckels were rescues and I loved each of them for their very quirky personalities.

Leaves ... and fall color scheme

Funny you should ask H did a TOURBIOLLON in exactly those tone and with exactly leaves - I own that one and MY personal photos are dreadful, I am a bad photographer , see if Google can find a better one

The colors are not good in my photo - there is beige, greens, olives, lilac !!! dark is inky green
