Love your styling! How do you like the baby cashmere bomber? I love the cream color but I always worry about maintenance.
I love it! And purchasing it in Paris (I live in US) was a little more palatable. I haven’t needed to take it in for a clean yet. I try to wear it with something under that has a bit of a sleeve so I don’t have to have it cleaned as often. It’s some of the softest material I’ve ever felt!

I feel you re cream…I have an H jacket from fall 2022 that has leather patch pockets and trim and thus can’t just go to a dry cleaner when it inevitably gets a bit dingy. I ended up taking to NYC with me to be cleaned last summer. High maintenance for sure!

It looks great on you!
I have tried this on, same size and color and I am barely 5’ 3”. I am usually 34 or 36 (outerwear is a different story).
For the petites and shorties amongst us - Belted is the way to go. On me, it was too big so too many folds or gathers at the belted waist and almost constantly fiddling about to get the gathers ‘right’ was just too much to deal with. Length needed to be altered to tea dress length but H tailor advised no because working with the pattern to cut to right length could be tricky.
So I had to say no to the dress
thank you!
im usually a 36 (sometimes 34)
i take a 34 in these dresses although i could probably take a 32 if it existed :)
i think w a 34 i can wear with heals, and if i wanted to wear w flats i would use a belt.
i would only hem if it didnt alter the finish.. very dress dependent..

Passer's regret?

Well everything seems 'cost effective' after the vicuña

I had that with a H dark blue suit with black silk-satin revers and lining. I think I've been chasing it in my dreams ever since. Only Bond St had it, and only 3 a 36, 38 & 40. I thought I needed the 38 and reserved, but it came-up very small and someone else meanwhile bought the 40.
That's it- I am texting my SA about this skirt the day he gets back from vacance!! Although I would not be surprised if it's gone. This happened with a blouse once too. After I got home, I texted him about it and he said "my dear, you like, you get, or it's gone." (This was when I first met him, so maybe he will be more gentle this time around lol) :shrugs:C'est la vie as they say.

Thank you to both of you! I have a baby cashmere peach color from 2022 that has leather trim and my state doesn't have a dry cleaner that can clean the cashmere/leather combo. I have just been steaming it and wearing it when I wear appropriate layers underneath.

RTW in Paris is always a good idea! I have a black cashmere jacket from last year; I chose it over the cream color and while I have no regrets, I still think of the cream version. They make a very similar (even the buttons are the same) cream color this season but the cashmere bomber has caught my eye...

I ship my hard to clean pieces (Dior suits, leather, some cashmere) to a dry cleaner outside of my area.

Newest addition I picked up today - was so glad this one was available since I think it’ll be very versatile. This is size 34 and I’m 5’1.5” as a reference - so not too obscenely oversized compared to other pieces I’ve tried on. I have a white cape/poncho same motif from last year, hoping they’re different enough 😄

Hi! My SA and I spend an hour figuring this out! My store has the short version and I wanted the long skirt. The long skirt comes with a different version, the polo dress. It comes in a bright red color and the grey color. Bummer for me as I wanted the long skirt in navy. Hope this helps!

Question for those who got or tried the modular dress: did you get one skirt or 2 skirts (short AND long with slits)? Website is showing both skirts as one dress, but not sure if they give you both.

Ah that’s good to know, thank you! I saw the H Canada has the non polo version, but the model shows it with the long & short skirt. I got the navy with the short skirt and was surprised the long skirt was missing. It’s so confusing lol.

For those who have tried this on, did you have to size up. Im usually a size 34 in their cardigans. Im 5ft1, 105 lbs. Also please share any feedback on the quality? I will need to order this from the online store

Im very similar size to you - I didn’t try this but I tried on the matching cardigan and I personally thought it was just ok… thinner knit so not sure how good it will look after multiple wears - but curious what others think :)
