Love this look! Can you tell me what kinds of alterations they do? I’m very petite so I’m curious
The store simply sent it out to have it hemmed (shortened by about 1.5 -2 inches). Given the cropped nature, I probably could’ve gotten by without having it done. These are my first true “cropped” pants so I decided to go for it. I stand barely 5’ tall and have always been avoiding cropped look, fearing it will make me look even shorter. Somehow these just work.

I am having fun w H RTW. I have also enjoyed looking through all of fabulous looks on this thread. They are quite inspiring.

Totally get it I'm the same way! I've found wide leg pants cropped seem to work for my 5'1.5" self (each half inch counts!). Maybe I need to check these out - your outift has inspired me too - to clarify, you didn't get the denim jacket hemmed? I found most of their jackets etc don't fit me well either so I was curious how much they could alter those. Thank you for sharing!

You are so sweet. The jacket was shipped to me from another store as mine only had the 36 in stock. 34 fits fine overall, just a little teeny bit long on the sleeves. My DD is taller (5’6”) and slender so she fits the 34 perfectly!!

The pants arrived today after alteration. I picked up the jacket and the pants (both size 34) on my recent trip. This is a new look for me and I am loving it. The belt was from last year and I probably should've turned it to the Noir side to keep the look more streamlined. But I can't resist the Hermes gold tone. Luxury RTW is still a new playground for me. I am so glad these pieces are so wearable and easy to mix/match. Thanks for letting me share.

I love how you styled everything! The gold belt actually matches the motifs in your jacket perfectly and adds a perfect dimension to your outfit. Now I kind of want the cropped pants! I have the same jacket.

I would love to hear your thoughts on how to style the jacket.

During the last visit, I tried on the Neo ankle boots in the Natural. Those boots also work beautifully with the cropped pants. Here is what that pair looks like (with the noir belt). I love how I could pull off cropped pants with flat heeled boots at my height, so those boots came home with me along with that T Shirt. It was a very productive and fun filled day.

So happy for you! You look extremely tall and model slim and gorgeous!

That's another stunning outfit! The pants look soooo good on you and they're very versatile! Are they cotton?

I wear my jacket cuffed like that too at the sleeves since they are slightly long for me. I wear mine with jeans but I also wear it with my navy maxi dress. I considered getting the skirt too but I think it's overkill for me and would overwhelm me (even thought I love a matching set). I have a column maxi skirt in white linen that I'm going to wear with it when it gets warmer, too. I think the possibilities are endless! Also would love to hear your ideas!!!

Yes the pants are mostly cotton (96% cotton, 4% elastane according to the website). They are just a tad stiff compared to other pants, but I don't mind it. The material adds to the "flare" and elongated affect.

Long dress is on my list of looks to conquer.

Thank you. My understanding is that the basic alteration such as shortening the pant length is free. My SA did mention that they could shorten sleeves or cinch in waist as well on shirts in the right material. They won't do anything overly complicated that would ultimately change the "look" or "drape" or design of the piece. If the piece is supposed to hang loose, they will not alter it to be form fitting. Hope this helps.

Has your store gotten the shirt dress in (it comes in both white and black)? It was too long for me but I think it'd work well for you!

I think I tried on a white shirt dress last August and it was too roomy for my frame. If I can find the mod shots I took at the store, I will post them later. I am hopeful I will find the right dress someday.
Here are some pics I took last spring in case helpful - white was size 36 blue size 34 (took home the blue) @skybluesky

I love how the blue color pops, so cheery and happy. These are on my list to try on the next time I visit the boutique.

Here is the shirt dress (size 34) I tried on last summer. The front looked ok. Since I cinched so much of the fabric behind me, the back & side was not the best. I love the look just wished I could fill out the design a bit more.

Also, here is the black coat/jacket I tried on recently. It was also too roomy.
