I ordered the vest blouse top and the matching pants! My store had the pants, but I don't want them if I can't get the top. Hoping the top fits. It runs true to size/a little small for me. Very stunning and the material felt great.
I have the top and I think it runs a bit small. I'm usually in 34-36, and got size 36. It still fits but I wish I had gone for 38 for more room to wiggle.
How does the pants fit you? I'm interested as well but not sure what size to order
I tried on the 38 and it could button but it was definitely tight. There was only a 40 available to order, I honestly might have even sized up to 42 and been happy. I got pants in a 38 (that was what my store had) and since it sits high on the waist, it works for me. I am about 28 inches in the waist (upper natural waist). Definitely too long so I'm getting them hemmed. They don't have belt hoops so if you lose weight, there's nothing to hold them up but if you gain weight you can let out the front zippers, lol. I'm usually a size 6 (US) in pants. I've never gotten pants from H but sizing from them seems all over the place. They're gorgeous and while I'd never wear the top to work, I'd definitely wear the pants to work. The lining is in silk.
Were you able to try on the skirt? My store didn't get the skirt and I'm not sure if it made it to every store. In retrospect, I think the pants are a more "practical" choice and I can get more wear out of it compared to the skirt. I did love the look of the skirt and I would have bought it if they had one in my size.
I love the zipper pants! But I haven't had a chance to try them on. The bottom I ordered with the vest was the long skirt...and not sure what happened to it but my Paris SA only said that the top arrived so I'm assuming the skirt never made it, or he forgot lol. I actually ordered a navy lace camisole to wear under the vest because I'm not sure if I want to show that much skin. Although I did see someone wearing the leather version in the store recently and it look fabulous on her and it was not indecent in the back at all. I also tried it on with a pair of white pants I had already and I thought it looked cute.
The skirt is stunning! Good call on a navy lace camisole, I was wondering what would look good underneath it...especially since I want to hide my midriff. I was thinking of getting a v-neck navy camisole from Hanro.
A leather version would be gorgeous, but I'd rather get a leather jacket. Pairing it with white pants sounds really stunning. I recently got a white long skirt from Brunello for vacation (but forgot to pack it lol), I will try it if the 40 fits!

My husband prefers the scarves more than the sweater and I think I agree; prob need to stick with my intuition on this one. With an effort of trying to be more minimalist (only so much space in my nyc closet lol) I think I’ll pass on the sweater and enjoy the scarves and all of the fun motifs they have

The pants arrived today after alteration. I picked up the jacket and the pants (both size 34) on my recent trip. This is a new look for me and I am loving it. The belt was from last year and I probably should've turned it to the Noir side to keep the look more streamlined. But I can't resist the Hermes gold tone. Luxury RTW is still a new playground for me. I am so glad these pieces are so wearable and easy to mix/match. Thanks for letting me share.
