Things are arriving in drips and drabs, and my SA just sent me the Astrologie Bandana twillaine. It has a little peekaboo action so I’m wearing it with a nude colored bra underneath. The picture of it on a hanger is the back of the twillaine.

P.S. I also wanted to post an update on some of the FW pieces I’ve had a chance to wear. I’ve worn the t shirt dress a few times already, and it’s super comfy, and I even wore it to sleep as a nightgown. I’ve also thrown it on with Eze platforms for errands followed by lunch at our favorite diner, as well as with flip flops for a backyard thing. Very wearable, especially in summer, and great cost per wear! I also really like the silk tunics I got and have worn them to some casual functions and shopping. They’re easy to dress up or dress down, and also very comfortable… although I’m much more careful when I’m wearing silk! So far very happy with the items I’ve gotten!

Rose perlee version of the “stiff dress.” I don’t know how people post flattering mod shots. Lol I took so many and just gave up. Sorry for the office bathroom setting.

I swear this dress is so cute in person (as evidenced by @Bdbunny) and the color is so lovely. I have to figure out how to do this belt, too, but for the time being it’s just hanging there.

I love this color! When I attempted to try the belted dress on the first thing I thought I’d do with the belt was a pleated fold. Similar to one in the video. If I find the actual one I will post it.

I tried on at H last year a beautiful light blue cashmere short jacket that had strips of exotic leather in different colors appliquéd down the front. It was stunning but it needed to be taken in a little bit at the sides. It had hidden pockets near the bottom on both sides that bulged slightly when I had the jacket on. After much discussion with the tailor and my SA, we concluded that the exotic leather strips made it impossible to take in the sides at all. We even considered trying to take the pockets out since the extra thickness from the pockets seemed to be causing the bulge but we weren’t sure that would totally solve the problem. Looking at the gorgeous jacket in your ss, I can see similar issues. You can’t shorten the sleeves or take in the sides without chopping into the exotic leather appliqué. So whoever buys this jacket would have to fit it exactly as is sort of like Cinderella’s glass slipper. And my understanding was that the jacket was the only one sent to the store. How many were made worldwide I don’t know but it was definitely very limited production.

I just saw this but in that burnt orange color today. Should have taken a photo. Didn’t ask for price either. Was in a rush sorry!!!

I tried this dress on today and ooh boy it runs small. I would probably be a 38 on this. Anyways, as expected, it didnt look right on me especially on side view because of my pooch area. Had to pass. The material is very heavy and well made. Would be great under trenchcoats or boxy cropped jackets with sneakers during the fall.
