Hi everyone, longtime lurker on this thread, first time poster. I just had a quick question for you all… I’d bought a sweater for my husband last year, he’d worn it maybe a handful of times, after which he noticed the stitching had come undone in the armpit area. I went back to my local boutique to query about the problem, to which my SA said this shouldn’t have happened at all and that it needed to be sent to Paris. I just received an email from the Aftersales team requesting a payment of $220 to fix the sweater. This is nearly 10% of the price I paid, to fix a near new item. Does anyone have any experiences with similar situations? I’d understand if it were due to wear and tear but this seems to be a manufacturing error more than anything. Sorry for the long post… Any advice would be greatly appreciated
