I heard a while back that H was trying to attract younger customers. I can tell them this is NOT the way to get 20-somethings to shop H. People who are used to instant shopping gratification via their phones are not going to put up with this kind of nonsense. They will take their business elsewhere. It's all very well to have glitzy advertising to appeal to young people, but they want service, too! (As do we older folks.) OK, rant over.
