Dear Sycomore, qtpik8 and David Fincher,
thank you so much for your replies and helpful advice. Even though chances for bracelets are slim, I have decided to go and booked my tickets .... I read somewhere that the summer sale is not as crazy as the winter sale - so as a newbie it might be a good opportunity to get acquainted to it.

Is anyone else going? I read that some of you guys met up for queuing in January, which sounds like a nice idea to spend the waiting time.

Yes, we usually organize closer to the date, maybe a few days before, but I will be there and queueing early!

Same here I will be in queue from 5.30 or so. It's easy to meet people.
