March and September but I must say the last few have been dismal.

there's loads of Carre as usual, some GM shawls, mostly should be gone by later today, some giant silk, lots of twillys and lots of men's scarves.
Load of ladies RTW and shoes as usual, extremely few pcs of men's shoes (less than 12 selections) some homewares, lots of towels.
of course no bags nor any leather goods.
It's a very disappointing sale, tried quite hard to find something for myself

no lah, i'm really bad at Shawl names, but not more than 6 style I think.

What are the hours of the sale? Does anyone know the time it begins on Saturday morning? How much time should I expect to wait in line? Sorry for all the questions. Since I am there, I would like to go to the sale just to see.

The sale is open 9am - 6pm. I was going to go on Saturday as well, but it sounds like it's not really worth it.

Wow, I'm astonished by how quiet this thread has gotten! Sad to hear there were no small leather goods; wonder what the cashmere selection was like? Some years back I managed to pick up CSMC in red/black and a whole host of small leather goodies-- guess there's no chance of that these days!

My kudos to anyone who braved this woeful weather to go out to the sale this year!

Welcome to TPF! I think it's too early for the date of the summer sale, I don't think anyone has that information yet.
