I dont know how it works in the US but in the UK you can only place your wish in store in person not via text.

Oh I see, I did not know that. I texted on non quota before and it worked out for me but I guess for quota it’s a different story

I was at Madison this past week and looked at stuff in every department except home ware. There were a lot of customers but stock looked really depleted. I ended up getting a pair of shoes but it was really hard to find anything in my size that I really liked. I think I asked about 10 different pairs of shoes and they had my size in only one style. I can’t imagine how the holiday season is going to work out unless they get some large shipments in the next few weeks. And from what various SAs were saying, they aren’t expecting a huge influx of fresh stock any time soon. I feel bad for all the SAs.

My SA explicitly told me that I can text him updates on my B/K wishlist but he cannot respond To those specific texts. He said that it’s an Hermes policy, but not to worry he gets those messages, and saves the updates And the first time I approached the topic I did it in person

Did you check all of your email folders? I have my high security settings on one email, so most emails from corporations go to my spam folder, even when they are from my SA unless I mark them as a known contact. Another email has a category called something like “promotional” that was hiding some of my other SA emails. You probably already checked, but I thought it was worth a mention just in case.

My SA told me that the new store will have a cigar lounge and a champagne lounge! She joked that they’re gonna be bombarded with people taking pictures for Instagram, rather than actual shoppers.

My DH has finally agreed to me getting a B or K...my chances are basically 0 in a nyc without an SA relationship--correct? We live in DC which is notoriously impossible so I wanted to try NYC but it seems like that won't happen either...

Larger sizes may be possible as a walk in. Not sure about this year because of stock shortages but I have heard of b30 and up being offered without purchase history
