I booked Saturday morning (since it's like blocks away from me), but not for the workout. I think it's just a promotion for accessories, especially silk?
I found out they had a similar pop up in Chengdu, China this year.
Hello, I am a newbie here too. I spent around $7K so far at Hermes. Bought two bags ( non quota), sandal, some enamel jewelry, belt and a Twilly. After shopping at the same store for about 4- 5 months at the Madison location with the same SA and also after buying a few bags recently( rejected 1 non quota offer though), I texted my wishlist items for B, Constance and Kelly in the combo I want but my SA never replied 
. Does this mean it is a bad sign and my SA doesn’t not want to work with me or did I do sth wrong here. She would at least “ like” my message before when I say thank you for her help etc.

I think it would be a lot better to discuss about wishlist in person Esp for q bags.

Bags are extremely limited right now so don’t just buy things thinking about a quota bag because there is a high likelihood that you may not be offered one just because of limited supply. Also, our SA at Madison told us that they’ve been told by management to get clients into the boutique, so I’m not surprised at lack of response via text.

Are SAs at Madison assigned to certain departments? I dropped in a few days ago and was being helped out by a great SA in homeware. I asked a question about looking at some shoes and the SA mentioned that they weren’t allowed to go up there that day. I’d like to continue working with them, but also want to be respectful of any rules lol

I would not think of it as a bad sign, your SA may have had the day off & not had an opportunity
to respond.
Personally, think it is much better to have the wishlist conversation with your SA in person, JMO

Progress on the new Hermes Madison ave store that will open September 2022. They were installing roof windows. SA told me there will be cafe and terrace garden.
It might be because of how many parties are allowed on each floor. Ever since my home store reopened during the pandemic, my SA mentioned that they have to be mindful how many parties there are on each floor so if you have a specific item requested to try/look at, they would bring items from whichever floor to you.
