Thank you! I had two appts on sat: Madison and MP but it seems like MP may be more my vibe! I’m okay to wait a bit and understand that it may take some time to get my dream bags! Could I ask how long ago you started shopping at MP since you said they offered you a bag pretty early?
I started shopping at MP in March right before lockdown and have been surprised with amazing items that feel like they are curated specifically for me, such as RTW in size 32, B25s, MKII, etc. MP is great  I went into a little more detail on first visit here and here.

This is very excited! Thank you! Will read your experience posts. I have been doing so much research and ready to shop and get to know a great SA! :)

I have the exact same SA. I don't understand why you say he is an amazing sales. I would like to hear more about your experience. He never actively responds to me or to my request. Don't recommend.
Really, I’m sorry that you had a less than great experience. He’s been great so far, he doesn’t always respond right away but I also don’t expect him to I guess cuz I’m sure he has a life outside of work, but he generally responds within 24-48hrs and he’s always so nice when I stop in, and remembers what I like. Have you changed SA’s I’d recommend changing if you aren’t happy with him. I had someone else and found them super snobby so I switched. I’m fairly chill and didn’t like that I felt judged everytime I saw my old SA. We spend serious cash at Hermès, we should be happy eith who our SA’s are! I hope you find someone that better suits your needs.

The point has been made before, and in multiple threads- please do not mention/recommend a specific SA by name. It puts them in an extremely awkward situation. He/she may hit it off tremendously with one person and not another, and that is no reflection on them as a professional or as a person. It put undue pressure on both the SA and yourself, if you go into a relationship expecting everything to be exactly as it is with another client. Go into the relationship and let it evolve and see where it takes both of you. If it doesn't work out for either of you, you can always discuss it and/or move on. Just like in real life!
If you absolutely MUST say something about an SA, perhaps a pm to someone might be more appropriate.
Sorry new to the forums did not know

its a personal feeling, which boutique and which SA. I used to shop for years at Wall Street Until my SA left to pursue another career. I now shop at Madison (via a few personal referrals) and feel very much at home bc the Maison manager and the new SA knew my old one, and the relationship just clicked. But, for VCA, I prefer the Hudson yards boutique even though flagship is my neighborhood store. VCA SAs can travel to meet you, but DH and I enjoy going to Hudson yards as an excursion. It’s almost like leaving the city bc HY has a suburban feeling.
Note: my H experience may also be different bc I have enough quota bags already and instead am shopping for furniture (some custom ideas, so wanted the store with the bigger home department) and other categories (not bags, scarves and slg).

I agree, its so personal - I shop at Wall Street even though the inventory is not as good as other stores, but I am not a VIP or a big spender and my SA always manages to get me what I need/want. I just love how its never too crowded, I know all the SAs and they are all very friendly, and I can run over there from my office when I need some retail therapy.

Yes! Got a bunch of stuff. They also had a Evelyn TPM is stock! I spent a good amount to start building some history. When do you think I can ask about a B or K? Or should I wait for the SA to offer?
Definitely make your wishes known. If the SA doesn’t know you want a B or K they might not offer to you first! That’s what I’ve always done.

Did your SA ask you for a wish list? If so, I’d mention it then! That’s what I did! I usually don’t bring it up unless the Sa asks
