I have asked my SA at Madison to transfer items from the website to the store and she has done so, but she also told me it's up to the website staff and sometimes they deny the transfer. She was able to get a Double Sens that I saw online so apparently they will sometimes allow transfers of leather items. The rules are never consistent!

Scarves that are from last spring/summer season
Fall is mostly gone & they are expecting a new delivery end February mid March
Were you looking for something specific?
As as example, I'm interested in the Savana Dance cashmere shawl.. BG did not have it..
It is available at H.com as well as the H Madison Ave store which is where I wound up purchasing it
Perhaps this will help you...

Thank you -very helpful. I live far from NYC, but I have a lovely BG SA who helps me and sends me stuff regularly. I have not visited BG since the big renovation. Is it accurate that the only H is scarves? No leather goods?

No leather goods, just H scarves & a limited selection. As a suggestion, why don't you ask your SA to send you some pics
of perhaps colors that appeal to you & perhaps you can find something that way or look at H.com & if there is a scarf
there that you like maybe BG might have it..
You are welcome & hope you find what you want..
The BG renovation is quite nice..Hermes is in a different spot now, but easy to find..LOL

Does anyone know if purchasing a constance at madison contributes to the required "pre-spend" for a b or k, or if its thought of by the SAs as similar to a b or k (ie. albeit not a quota bag) because they're harder to come by?

I have been offered a Constance from this store, and I have only purchased an oran slipper. I think you should first talk to the SA and show them that you are really interested in the brand, and in buying other stuff and then ask for it.

Thanks for the reply! - I dont think I phrased my question well. Let me try again...its my understanding that typically to be offered a b or k, you need to have spent a certain amount across a variety of departments to show that you are a loyal h customer. My question was whether or not SAs count the purchase of a constance in that dollar amt. For example, hypothetically if the prerequisite was that you needed to spend 10k before the SA would be willing to offer a b or k, would buying a constance count towards the 10k (such that you only had to buy 2k of other goods to hit 10k), or would you have to buy 10k of scarves / rtw / shoes / other non b, k, c items?

I'm just trying to prioritize items on the list of things I want to buy and would move the C down the list if it didnt count.

Was told in wall street that all leather goods including SLGs dont count towards that B/K spending quota.

Not really I spent about 1800 dollars, but they are expecting you to buy other pieces, as they want people to be interested not only in these famous bags but the other items. As I mentioned it really helps to show them that you are not there only for the bag, you might even be offered one without any spending.

Got it, thank you! - I have been buying in the silks and leather jewelry department to start, and have asked my SA to keep an eye out for a number of non b, k or c items across departments on my wishlist. Unfortunately I was not lucky enough to get offered yet, but i'll keep at it! I only wish that $1,800 of pre-spend was the norm!
