Does anyone shop with George at Madison? I went to see him today and found out that he's no longer with Hermes... Which was completely unexpected because we were emailing at the beginning of the week.

I just pm'd you. I think it is very abrupt. I called this morning to ask about something I had on hold. First person transferred me to the main floor, second person who answered said he was no longer with the company. I then asked to be transferred to a SM and while doing so got disconnected. I called back and said I was a client of G's and need to found out who my new SA is and was on hold for the SM once more. This third person who answered seemed to be Taken aback by this news also.

Yes. When Corporate H makes a decision that is it.

Abrupt is the word. It's a shame. He's so sweet. They are scrambling to help his clients because many of Greg's clients migrated to George. Weeks ago Madison started rotating all SA...

OMG that's crazy. George has always been wonderful and I cannot imagine why he is no longer there. Has anyone figured out who the other two are?
