Thank you! I did yesterday and they said she’s not in today but will be tomorrow. However, another tPF member said they said the same to her a few days in a row when the SA left.
I wonder if they cannot say it over the phone…

Are your texts actually going through (showing ‘delivered’)?
When my SA left, my texts were stuck sending, likely because their phone line was deactivated?
So, this is getting even weirder.
She has read receipts on. I saw her in May. June I messaged her and it just said delivered. This week I messaged her and again just delivered.
I called again today and the operator on the phone (who I am pretty sure is the same one that yesterday said “according to the schedule she’s not in today but she’ll be in tomorrow!”) said to me:
“Hmm this is weird. I don’t seem to have an updated schedule. I see the schedule in May that she is on. But June July and August I don’t have access to an updated schedule”. I then explain to the operator I haven’t heard from her, she said to give it time as she may be busy. I explain that I haven’t heard since June. She says “I haven’t heard anything of her being out or leaving. So I don’t think it’s that. But I would give it another week or so, then reach back out to us and we can reach out to her on your behalf”.
Seriously getting so confused! And starting to feel like a psycho stalker ex somehow. I really don’t think she is ignoring me… we always have a very pleasant very direct relationship and I recently told her about my pregnancy and she was super excited and eager… mentioning outfit ideas for fall… etc.
Would they not tell me if she has left? Or is on some sort of leave?
When my old SA left, they wouldn't tell me over the phone or in person. I think I actually found out on TPF... But it might have been because he was fired.

I would propose to strategies: one straightforward, one sneaky.
The straightforward one, just call and ask for an assistant manager and say totally cool if she’s just busy but this doesn’t sound like her and I want to check to make sure she’s OK.
Sneaky: tell the operator that you’re looking to buy X and want to make sure it’s in stock before you come in. When you get connected on the phone with another sales person (I assume that’s what would happen?), tell them that you normally shop with so-and-so but haven’t been able to get in touch so you apologize for asking for somebody else but really need the item. see if they tell you what’s up with your SA

Ahhh. Thank you so much for this. I was even thinking of doing what the operator said and asking them to “reach out to her” as I am curious what their next excuse would be. Afterwards, definitely one of these could work.
Does anyone suggest I just walk into the boutique and ask or even then, they may not be clear? So strange of them to not be direct. They can just say “she no longer works for us”
If you are close to the store, that would be my number one choice. Go to her department and say you have not been able to catch her in a few visits and messaged a few times. I can not imagine them not telling you the truth at that point.

This whole situation seems confusing to me. I would just walk in. Why not just ask if she’s left? They can presumably give a yes or no answer without disclosing the reason for a departure, if there’s some sensitivity around that. Plus they should want to introduce you to a new SA who can continue the relationship. They can’t be relationship-focused and then not tell you if the person who is the point person for your H relationship has left. That just doesn’t seem to be in anyone’s interests.
I also agree with walking in and asking. Mostly because I think the other SAs are the most likely people to tell you what’s actually going on.
Has the Roosevelt Field location started selling bags? I know as late as February of this year they only had jewelry, shoes, scarves/twillys, apple watch products, etc., but I haven't been since then and I did a quick google search for that specific location to look at the hours, and I noticed now it says "High-end retailer carrying the luxury brand's apparel, handbags, scarves & other accessories."

RF and WB are "pop ups" and do not sell bags.
WB will be opening down the street from it's current location in about 18-22 months, and it will then be a full Maison.

I’m sure the weather forecast scared folks away, but Madison was empty yesterday. We were the only customers on floors 1-3 and then there were about 10 people on 4. Was quite nice to be able to just stroll around while waiting for a repair.
