My SA also told me the same thing on 2024 stock when I went in on Friday. She mentioned she would try to work on the bag for Lunar New Year in January but during Friday's visit when I asked how that went she just said the SM told them low stock for this Feb compare to before and b/k 25 will be very slow...Thank you! She has been telling me "next month we'll try" every month since Augustbut i know the name of the game, all good no expectations.. and asked for a C18 and got one in vert yucca on the spot
She did mention my profile looks good and never try to sell me anything I'm not specifically looking for. I have a new acct and haven't had a QB yet but also don't want to drop a crazy amount for it so just gonna wait and hope for the best

So, it seems that many people received QBs during the Valentine's Day event. So, the purpose of inviting people on this event was to offer QBs to fulfill clients' wishlists??
They have these events a few times a year. Likely there is also a Mother’s Day event etc. It’s to make clients feel special, offer bags, and hopefully get them to purchase additional items while there. Similar to other events, higher than normal sales goals will be in effect for the store/SAs and bag offers help the store meet those goals.
Is there a Vday event at Madison? Did not hear about any. Just got invited the discovering window cocktail event tomorrow night after store closed. Seems like that is the one not invited by SA but the corporate? I am kinda new to Hermes just shopped a year and not a lot.
Not sure about Madison, but Meatpacking definitely had a V day event.
I know other cities like Dallas/Seattle/LA all having events as well. I did not hear anything about Madison. That is why I am considering if I should go to the event tmr night, seems like entertainment only since my SA said she did not even know I was invited.

I have to say that shopping in the store when it’s closed is a great experience. Sort of like having a sweet tooth and being locked in a chocolate factory.

Yes, but pre-spend with a store is only part of the equation. You'd have to start from scratch building a relationship with the new SA, which IMO is even more important than pre-spend with the store.

Thank you and I appreciate your response! Yes, I am aware of the equation, BK = f (pre-spend, SA relationship, and luck). I was curious how the pre-spend gets affected when the SA relationship is being re-set.
Every experience will be different but for me loyalty to my store and relationships matter more than my spend. I got a Kelly Danse, C18 and K25 from 3 different SAs in about a year (2 left). I did click with all of them.
