Not sure where to ask this but hopefully someone can help here. :) Out of curiosity, can H boutiques see your purchase history from the Hermes concession inside Bergdorf Goodman? Likewise, can proper H boutiques in London see your history from Harrod's/Selfridges? Thanks!

^ I can answer for the London part, which is no. I know this for sure because I asked my SA at H Sloane some years back, and she confirmed they have no access to Harrods & Selfridges' Hermes customer profiles.

They don't even know each other's stocks, sometimes I'd mention seeing something at Harrods and my SA at H Sloane would say "Oh we do/don't have that item here..."

I am going to take a guess and say that H NY and Bergdorf are also separate entities and have no access to each other's H customer data.

Yes they can in London anyway. I have seen with my own eyes my purchases from harrods show up on the computer in bond st. Harrods can also see what i have bought from other H stores too. How else can they enforce the bag limits otherwise? They can also check the stock in the other UK stores.

On an unrelated note - Does Madison start getting "generous" w/ B/Ks around mid-Nov, or is it better in late Nov, closer to the holidays?

I'm looking for a 35 birkin Epsom Black leather with gold hardware. What is the price on this? I'm from CT and I have tried calling the Madison store but they don't even bother telling me the price over the phone.

If you do a search, you will see that generally the stores do not give price or stock information on the phones.

There is a current pricing thread; have you had a look there?

There is a US price for a 35 Epsom bag in the list you just copied.... the colour of the leather doesn't affect price. Perhaps you missed it?

Is this the one that you are talking about? I saw that but I thought that this isn't it as when I do a search online (especially Ebay) they are going for as high as 20k. I thought that it must has been because of the leather & gold hardware that stack up the cost.

Prices on Ebay/online are not retail. The price thread is the current in-store cost. And the hardware is gold plated, not solid gold.

WOW. I had never understood why people would ever buy and resell them but now I do. It's like sell one and get your own for free. I figured a Birkin is around 15-16k so I had never thought of getting one myself before. Now that I am going to purchase one and the actual price is a lot less than expected, I guess I'm the lucky one LOL

Confirming this is definitely the case. I see all purchases and stock on Bond Street computer all the time. In fact, if Bond st. don't have what I want, the first thing my SA do is to check their computer to see who else has it. She managed to transfer items from Harrods to the store for me to see and buy. Their systems are linked for quite sometime now.
